We enjoyed our visit very much. Our group split up for a day, and without a car we were able to walk to a grocery store, Waffle House, and Dollar Tree! The house could use some updating, but it’s comfortable and homey.
Our company need a place for our team to stay while working on a project at this location. The property owner/manager was very kind and responsive! Highly recommend.
The house was very clean, lots of towels, dishes and cleaning supplies available. They had alit of wood available and a fire pit in the backyard. Also very close (walking distance) to alot of stores. No complaints at all. The neighbor hood was also very quiet
This is our second time renting this home. It worked perfectly for our stay in the area. The host is great! I left some items behind. She let me know and I was able to get them after work. I definitely appreciated that. The home is clean and well equipped for a rental. I would rent again if in the area.

Needs Love
We were in the area for a family reunion, and the property was conveniently located to the reunion location. Upon arriving at the house, we noticed that the window under the carport was broken and taped together. The house was relatively clean however is in need of tender loving care. To correct items like broken tiles in the bathroom, shower door, holes in wall. The unique fireplace location shows well in photos but is a potential tripping hazard if you don’t pay attention to it.
