This very modern cozy house has spectacular views of six mountains. Located at the top of Stratton overlooks the valley ! With a new hot tub, 72 in tv, pool table , very large fire pit and an open kitchen for entertaining. High end bedding, Egyptian cotton towels, and down filled comforters. Spectacular views from every room and outside porches to sit and have your coffee.!

Why they chose this property

It’s a very unique piece of property. You feel like you’re on top of the world with views from every room. Lots of privacy and it feels like your own resort. I Love having parties and having people over and doing fireworks! Soooo fun !

What makes this property unique

We have 10 chickens and a rooster Rockie . We will be getting fresh eggs this fall. Lots of apple trees , pear, cherry and blueberry ‘s to pick from . We have 5 acres and lots of room to run around .
