Enjoy the entire flat to YOURSELF – a creative 1 BDRM apartment with 9-foot tin ceilings and just the right amount of space for your stay. By Brooklyn Standards, it’s a decent-sized apartment, and as you can see from my awesome reviews, you’ll feel at home in no time.

Situated on the second floor, no need to climb endless stairs. As a designer, I’ve curated a unique, comfortable experience. Expect a clean, welcoming space. Just two blocks from G train Bedford-Nostrand stop, a short walk to Pratt, and a few stops from Williamsburg, with easy access to Manhattan (20 mins to Union Square).

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire flat – it's all yours! Ample on-street parking awaits, usually right on my block or within a block or two. I've driven here countless times without a hitch in finding parking. Plus, the Bedford-Nostrand Metro is just a brief stroll away, ensuring effortless access from the train.
