Hurricane Ian Updated Description: Hurricane Ian hit Pine Islands very hard. The property has been getting some TLC. The Lanai (screen) is not there anymore. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and ready for some fun. The landscape is bit rough but still very beautiful and tranquil. There is a boat dock in the back with canal access to Open water within minutes. (Send message for more detailed updates on boat dock.) The canal view is stunning. The downstairs bar/hang out is waiting for your fun!

Paradise in Franzone features four bedrooms (with the 4th queen bed separated w private entrance) 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins, 1 queen, and four bathrooms so you can bring the whole family. Fully equipped kitchen with open concept living. Relax on the back porch and enjoy your Island Minded Vacation.
