Peaceful, quiet lakeside cottage in Sunapee, 12 minutes from the skiing.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. If you are looking to party, please book someplace else. However, if you are looking to decompress and get away from it all, then look no further. The home is average, functional, but not special. This is an imperfect lake cottage, with crooked floors and stained carpets. However, there are many windows that provide a 270 degree view of the lake as the house is located on a point with 128 feet of private lake frontage and a dock.

Perfect for two families, with kids, to share a week's vacation, with two main bedrooms opening to the deck and expansive views of the Perkin's Pond.
