Montrose Beach Flat

Clean & tastefully decorated apartment perfect for two (and smalll pet). Walkable neighborhood, close to several restaurants and shops. Owner is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would come back!

Perfect for a short stay

It was a great place, easy access to transit (and will be even easier when the Lawrence stop is open). Over all great experience, wish I had found the fan earlier because it is a little warm and humid, but that’s just the Midwest I suppose.

Great Stay

My stay was very comfortable and matched the listing accurately. I did notice some dog hair from a previous guest, which is understandable given how challenging it can be to clean thoroughly. Overall, the space was clean and pleasant. Thank you for a nice experience!

Great place to stay in Chicago

The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean, quiet, everything looks like in the photos. There is a good work space, which was important to us. The location is good, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was not noisy, we slept well. We received answers to our questions very quickly.

Great Location and Property

This property is located only a few blocks from various public transit stops which gave us great access to Downtown Chicago without having to drive.Additionally, the property was clean and the perfect size for a couple. Everything was included for us to prepare our own meals and hang out inside since we visited in the winter. We would certainly consider this location again if we visit the city in the future!

What a nice retreat!

This apartment was so clean and very, very comfortable. The bed was beyond cozy. Loved the little kitchen and the enormous television. The rooftop patio has inspiring views of the city. Great location. I'd give it ten stars, if I could.

Wonderfully peaceful weekend

Enjoyed staying at the location very much- relatively quiet considering it is in a 8 story building and on a main road. Bed was very comfortable, and since it had a gel mattress, my husband and I got excellent sleep both nights, as the mattress does not bounce around at all. Good bed linens, too. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. Could easily walk to the local restaurants and shops in Andersonville. The host was extremely helpful when we had questions. Very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. The building itself is new and clean and the gym was surprisingly well supplied with several cardio machines, a full set of dumbbells and a cable machine. Checking in with a code was easy and clear. I'd definitely stay again.

Great Stay

The property was clean and in a great location. The bedding could be upgraded along with bigger coffee cups and more towels. There is a Keurig and kcups available and appreciated all of the available cleaning supplies. We had an issue with the toilet and the homeowner was responsive. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for our needs

My daughter and I stayed here after a concert at the Aragon Ballroom. We loved the apartment and we would definitely stay there again. The owner was very responsive when we discovered a leak in the bathroom. I did reserve a separate parking spot about two blocks away and I'm glad I did. There is street parking but it would have been impossible to find a spot the night of the concert. Being able to enjoy the concert then walk down the block to this apartment was great!

Great space; fantastic location

This is a nice, clean, spacious one-bedroom with a very functional kitchenette (with fridge/freezer, full stove, and oven), living room area, bedroom that includes a useful workspace, giant walk-in closet, and nice bathroom with a large shower. The location is extremely convenient to the Red Line, an Aldi and a super Target with a grocery section, and a lot of restaurants, particularly different Asian restaurants. The landlord responds quickly to any questions or problems, and was very good at keeping me updated about anything concerning the apartment building (fire alarm tests, a new door code, etc.). Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable for adults only - preferably guys!

The property was exact to the details available on the listing, quite spacious for 2-3 folks and comfortable as well. The kitchen was well stocked and serves the purpose of a good comfortable service apartment. Only issue I want to highlight is the quality of bed linens and bathroom towels, I would expect better quality in those areas. I would definitely recommend it for young adults and it has great location proximity to most parts of the city with amazing public transit right downstairs.
