Sullivan's Place was home of many years to my beautiful aunt Julie. Her love for music and enjoying life to the fullest is what inspired us to create Sullivan's Place. If you love music and enjoy the outdoors then this place is for you. Conveniently located less than one mile from town but we offer 6 acres to roam and do as you please. Enjoy a large field for outdoor sports or a wooded area that has an abundance of wildlife such as deer, squirrels, rabbits. This is a two story home, Bedroom two and three are upstairs. Everything else including the master bedroom is located on the main floor. Now offering NO STEPS for easy access! Also check out our other rental that’s currently FOR SALE located right on the Shenandoah River less than 5 miles from Sullivan’s Place. “Rock N Reel”

Shenandoah visit

Property is even better than described. Very well furnished and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and plenty of land to explore. Close to several area attractions. Communication with Ian was great.

Great kid friendly place

We had a fantastic time at this rental. Everything you could need and more!! Pictures and listing do not do it justice. Will rent again if we are ever needing a rental in this area
