Perfect cottage getaway in a quaint neighborhood. This was a great spot for us to stay while visiting our daughter at SFA. Plenty of sleeping room for 6, all the necessities are there in the kitchen and bath and adorable decor. We’ll be back for sure!
This is a perfect place to stay for a weekend visit. Close to campus, football stadium and walking trails. Kitchen is nicely equipped and the house is very comfortable. Would love to stay again!
My husband and I decides to take our 4 kids to the place we met. We showed our oldest the college. We enjoyed playing at Pecan Park and walking around the neighborhood. The house was very comfortable and had all the things needed to make it a great stay. The host was very kind and quick to respond. We’ll definitely be back and recommend to friends.
The house is lovingly decorated and everything is in top-notch condition. I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and other amenities throughout the house. The location is quiet and convenient, and the owners live nearby and were super-responsive. Highly recommended!!
The owners have done a beautiful job of saving this charming home from ruin. The renovations and updates preserve the character of the home. The location is great for easy access a variety of locations and events. We had a great stay and will be back.
Great place to stay with close proximity to the SFA campus. Will definitely stay here again should our son attend SFA. Host was accessible and receptive. Highly recommend
The stay was great! They thought about your fur baby and have bowls, paw cleaner and etc. We ate out the whole time but it looks like they have all kitchen essentials to cook. The back yard is huge and fenced in. It is right in town so close to all the stores, restaurants and college!
The house was perfect for our stay in Nac!! It is less than 5 minutes from SFA, which worked out great since we were visiting our son during Fall Camp. The home was really clean & the decor was charming. Our furbaby enjoyed the big backyard too!! They provided everything that we needed & they responded immediately when we had a question. We look forward to staying there again.😊
We love our stay! Our host thought of everything. Our cottage was very cozy, beautiful and was extremely clean! Everything we needed for our stay we had it. I loved it so much, I over slept. Our host was very understanding about that and we loved her for it!! We will be coming back for sure!!
I had no idea how this rental would be as a last-minute booking on the 4th weekend. This house proved to be the nicest rental one could find. Immaculate, providing EVERYTHING that anyone might need, from coffee to hookups for phones, iPads, etc. fenced back yard for dogs, 1/2 block from the main street in Nacogdoches, etc. HOsats were excellent at responding on all requests. Highly recommned. HIghly recommnewd
I thought with the extra charges it was a lot for what we got.
The house was ok. Had trouble with tv remotes, possibly needed new batteries but couldn’t find any.
Outside area was nice but the table and chairs were nasty. Had to clean off before we could use it. Overall was ok
