Note: Guests staying at Casa Cielo enjoy complimentary access to The Club. This is an exclusive facility located at the heart of Beach Town designed to enjoy a range of amenities, including three unique styles of pools, a fully equipped fitness room with weightlifting, and cardio equipment, plus delightful dining options at the on-site restaurant.

The home’s cheerful yellow facade contrasts beautifully with traditional wood finishings. Large, windowed doors off the terrace lead into the open living space. Left open, they bring in warm, natural light and fresh ocean breezes.

An additional wraparound porch connects the bedrooms on the home’s second floor. This one is set beneath the tree canopy, offering shade on warm afternoons. Off the master bathroom ensuite, guests will be able to spend even private moments in nature with an open-air shower.

Slice of heaven

This is our second time to Las Catalinas. We love the design of the homes and community. The only downside was the entrance. The construction was a nightmare and delayed us 30 mins every time we left or arrived. Another 2 years of that road makes us not to return. I know It’s not the home owners responsibility but they should reroute all construction trucks onto a back road. It made us dread having to come and go for excursions. The home was lovely and beds were comfortable and would stay again.

Didn't Want to Leave

What a special spot!! My husband and I were completely able to relax in this amazing home. It is so beautiful, yet comfortable at the same time. The views are breathtaking and it is wonderful how when you step out the front door, you are only steps away from the ocean. We also enjoyed the convenience of having the fabulous restaurant and surf shop a short walk from the home. We never had to leave the Las Catalinas property for anything. Everyone is so welcoming, and made our stay that much more enjoyable! We will definitely be returning with our young children!!

Perfect getaway!

I loved my visit to Las Catalinas and this adorable house. Liberia airport is super easy to fly in and out of with great direct flights, and this little slice of paradise is the perfect place to relax and get away. Everything in the house is clean, light, and everything from the kitchen to the patio to the pillows and sheets make you feel like you are indulging yourself in the best possible way. One thing I love about this place is that you really feel as if you are a part of the amazing little community of Las Catalinas. Their sunsets are insane, the water is gorgeous, and it's the best beach Costa Rica has to offer. I adored my time there, and the wonderful people who helped make this vacation so unique and special! Cannot recommend it enough! Start planning your trip now :)

Home away from home

This house is beautiful, bright and comfortable! We had such a wonderful time here. And I loved the outdoor shower in the master bedroom suite! There is a hammock on the upper deck that became my regular afternoon nap spot. All the windows and doors in the main room open up to the outdoors, creating the feeling of an outdoor living room. With the beach and the mountain trails a few steps away, this was such a dreamy spot to stay in. This house would be perfect for a young family, a couple or a girl's getaway. Your own home away from home.

Fabulous ocean view and breezes will greet you in this wonderful home .

A great place for a young family or couples . Love the blue and white decor ! It is well equipped and has a workable kitchen space . Easy access to all activities and the restaurant . The master bedroom and bath is especially comfortable. Great little courtyard and outside shower too.

Great family friendly house! Perfect for small kids. Close to everything fun.

Casa Mora Vida was perfectly sized for our family. Very cute house with unique details (like all of the houses at Las Catalinas were!). Our kids could wake up in the morning walk out the front door and walk 50 feet to the most unique playground I have ever seen. I am hard pressed to think of another vacation where my family and I have had more REAL quality time together than this trip. The staff was wonderful. The place is spectacular! We went down with our two daughters (4 and 6YO) and my in-laws. I was nervous about keeping us all happy but that wasn't a problem at all. My kids kept my in laws entertained playing on the beach. We all loved the flowers, birds, lizards, monkeys...oh my! This house did not have a pool like some of the other larger (and more expensive!) houses at Las Catalinas but we never missed it. The beach is literally 100 feet away and we (mostly our kids) were always invited to neighboring houses for playing (read cocktails) anyway. The hiking and mountain bike trails were a spectacular way to start every morning. My 70 YO mother in law could even walk the trails and loved them too. We are already planning our next trip back with some friends with kids, and two of the other houses rebooked before they left!
