This neighborhood is family friendly and safe. The Bywater/ Marigny Neighborhoods are a 5 minute drive away. The French Quarter is about a 10 minute drive away. The house is also about 3 minutes from the Chalmette Battlefield where many locals enjoy biking, running, or walking.
