Sehr schönes Objekt

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Ivan und seine Frau wohnen auch mit in der Anlage, es ist aber nicht nachteilig. Beide sind sehr nett und freundlich. Untypisch für uns haben wir den Umständen geschuldet ( schöne Anlage und Corona) auch sehr viel Zeit direkt auf der Anlage verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist vielleicht der Game Room, den wir so von anderen Anlagen nicht kannten. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und neuwertig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig mit sehr kurzen Wegen erreichbar. Wenn man total empfindlichen Schlaf hat kann der Weg hinter dem Haus ein wenig nerven, da hier die Fenster der Zimmer direkt anschließen. wir hatten damit alle kein Problem. Jederzeit gerne wieder und absolut zu empfehlen.

Familienwoche in Nin

Die Villa Stulic können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und achten sehr darauf, dass die Wohnungen, Außenanlage mit Pool in einem exzellenten Zustand sind und bleiben.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit einem wunderschönen Garten der mit Liebe gepflegt wird .

Schöne Villa , gut gelegen was das Einkaufen , ins Zentrum , oder an den Strand gehen betrifft . Ausserdem erweisst es sich als Vorteil wenn der Vermierter auch im Haus wohnt wie in diesem Fall , er konnte uns in zwei Notfällen weiterhelfen . Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett , aufmerksam und hilfsbereit . Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in Nin . Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war das man von der Villa das Meer nicht sah.

Family week

Great accommodation for our family of 5. Very clean, spacious and decorated to a high standard. Beautiful pool and garden which were immaculate. The children also enjoyed playing in the games room. The owner even gave us some grapes from his garden which were delicious. The accommodation is a short walk to Nin which has many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage

Das Apartment mit Garten und Pool waren sehr sauber, schön und gepflegt. Leider kam der Vermieter die ersten Tage und hat sich immer wieder über Kleinigkeiten beschwert. Das war sehr ärgerlich, aber nach einem Gespräch mit ihm, hat es sich dann gelegt und wir konnten unseren Urlaub genießen. Da er aber auch denselben Garten nutzt, hatte man ständig das Gefühl beobachtet zu sein.

Villa Stullich einfach toll

Sehr schöner Urlaub, sehr netter Vermieter, toller , gepflegter Garten und Pool, die Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt .Die Wohnung mit großer Terrasse im Erdgeschoss bietet ausreichend Platz für 7 Personen

Lovely place and great host!

We stayed here for two weeks, and had a perfect vacation. The apartment was so nice, and had a lovely green garden. Everything was so clean and delicate, also the pool. Ivan and his wife is so nice people, so nice, warm and reliable. Top class people! We stayed here with two kids, 3 and 9 years. They had a great time. We really want to come back here, and could really recommend this place. A good tip is to rent bikes. We did for one week, and it was a great way to get around. Come visit Nin!

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen und alles ist so, wie es sein soll - letztlich perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Einzige Wehmutsropfen waren die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung (wir waren im EG und haben die Mieter über uns sowie die Straße sehr gehört) und eine bitterböse Mail des Vermieters im Anschluss.

Toller Pool, tolle Stadt und naher Sandstrand

Wir waren zu 7 im Erdgeschoss Arpartment. Der Platz war völlig ausreichend. Sehr schön und funktional eingrichtete Wohnung. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich und konnte unsere Fragen meist beantworten. Doch das beste an der Ferienwohnung ist der Pool. Gute Wasserqualität und nicht zu klein. Kann die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

In unseren knapp drei Wochen haben wir uns immer wohl gefühlt, die Nähe des Strandes (ca. 15min zu Fuß) genossen und natürlich den Pool. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und die Betreuung sehr herzlich.

Très bonne location

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Mr Stulic. La location est conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Elle est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût : on s´y sent "comme chez soi" ! C'est calme, reposant. La plage est à quelques minutes en voiture, le vieux village à 5 minutes à pieds et les commerces accessibles à pied aussi. Encore merci pour tout !

Beautiful wonderfull apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this place, Everybody made us so welcome, Ivan even stayed up to greet us as we had a late flight. Very clean very spacious everything that you required was on hand (maybe a kettle would would have helped but I am knit picking now ).Wonderfull area to visit croatia couldn't have had a better Holiday. Thankyou Ivan for taking the time to to make our Holiday trouble free and Speaking better English than later do

SUPER !!!

La propriété est magnifique, c'est très agréable d'y passer du temps ! De plus, l'accès à la piscine, au sauna et à la salle de jeux est gratuit et illimité ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et aux petits soins. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis ce qui est un réel avantage ! La résidence est aussi très proche de commerces ce qui est très pratique. Par ailleurs la ville de Nin est très agréable Nous avons passé un super séjour Les Fagalets

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten uns für die richtige Ferienwohnung entschieden. Das Objekt war gepflegt, sauber und sehr schön. Sauna, Tischfussball, Billiard und Dartscheibe sowie ein toller Pool ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sehr sympathisch. Alles was man für die Selbstverpflegung braucht ist vorhanden. Ganz in der Nähe sind Bäckereien, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Obst und Gemüsestände und etliche Speiselokale (Beim Tommy gibt's herrliches Brot und die Pizzeria auf der gleichen Straße ist auch empfehlenswert). Das Städtchen Nin ist auch toll und natürlich muss man Zadar besichtigen. Feiner Sandstrand in Zaton und ein sehenswerter Steinstrand in Petrcani und vieles mehr.... Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr und kommen auch selber wieder.

Herrlicher Urlaub in Dalmatien

Alles Perfekt. Das fängt schon beim großzügigen direkt vor dem Haus gelegenen Parkplatz an. Von diesem gelangt man dann in den liebevoll angelegten und gepflegten Garten, dessen Blickfang der große beleuchtete Pool ist. Wir hatten die 6+3 Wohnung im Erdgeschoß mit einer großen Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sorgten für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Nin selbst hat eine sehr schöne und interessante Altstadt, die von der Ferienwohnung zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen ist. Die Sandstrände sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und durch ihr leichtes Gefälle vor allem für kleine Kinder geeignet. Die Nationalparks Plitvicer Seen (ca. 1,5 h Autofahrt) und Krka Wasserfälle (ca. 1 h Autofahrt) sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen und waren ein besonderes Highlight. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nice apartment, friendly owners, great location

We had a very pleasant stay in the ground floor apartment. The owners, Ivan and Ksenija are very friendly and willing to help if there are questions. Ivan even woke up at 5.45 am when we left to help us with our luggage and to say goodbye. The ground floor apartment is recently renovated (except for one of two bathrooms) and very well decorated. The floor of the renovated bathroom is not really good so when you shower the whole floor is getting wet. The other bathroom is old and needs renovation. The beds (3 doubles and 1 single) are very good. There is a huge terrace with the apartment and a nice pool with sunbeds and a lounge set. Shops and restaurants are nearby. Beck's (just around the corner) is a restaurant with much value for money. You walk to the old center of Nin in 5-10 minutes.
