When you stay at this stunning waterfront villa, the entire space is yours to enjoy! Here’s what you’ll have access to during your stay:

The Villa: All four luxurious bedrooms, spacious living areas, and the fully equipped gourmet kitchen are exclusively yours. Feel free to make yourself at home!

Outdoor Areas: The two private pools, expansive terraces, outdoor dining spaces, and sandy waterfront are all yours to soak up the tropical vibes.

Private Dock: Your villa has its own private dock, where your boat and captain will be ready to take you on unforgettable adventures.

Boat and Captain:
Your private boat and captain are available for trips to San Pedro which are included in your stay. You will receive 3 complimentary round trips to San Pedro each day. Any/all extra trips are an additional fee.
Snorkeling excursions, or exploring hidden beaches nearby. Just let us know what you’d like to do!

Wi-Fi and Entertainment: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy the villa’s entertainment system, perfect for winding down after a day in the sun.

On-Site Amenities: From poolside loungers, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen (we can arrange for provisions for an additional fee), everything you need for a relaxing and indulgent stay is provided.

Boat Availability: Your private boat and captain are available to shuttle you at any time you'd like with at least 30 minutes notice. 3 daily round trip shuttles are included in your stay. Any additional shuttles or special trips can be arranged for an extra fee. Fuel costs for long-distance excursions may also apply.

Access by Water: This villa is only accessible by boat, adding an extra layer of exclusivity to your stay. Your captain will ensure seamless transportation to and from San Pedro. It is a scenic and seamless 5 minute boat ride to San Pedro.

Family-Friendly: The villa is perfect for families, but please note that the pools are not fenced, so supervision of young children is required.

Chef and Housekeeping Services:
While the villa is fully self-catered, we can arrange a private chef or daily housekeeping for an additional fee.
