Close by is the Deerfield fishing pier. Walk to beach and walk to area restaurants and shopping. The home is always professionally maintained and cleaned, and includes a local Host to help you enjoy your vacation. The family room has sliding glass doors facing East which open onto a patio with Bahama style seating and a fire pit. Enjoy golf, surfing, tennis, shopping, swimming, diving, snorkeling, boating, sightseeing, and travel to Miami Beach - one hour away! Easy access to everything via I-95 and Turnpike. Visit Disney, then come here to relax and rejuvenate. Split bedroom plan - two bedrooms are on 1st floor, and the master is on the 2nd floor. There is a pull out queen sleeper couch if you need extra sleeping.

Great Beach Getaway for Family

Very nice property. Beach is just across the street! House is comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed the patio and pool area. Manager/owner was very helpful and available.

Boca beach stay more like Fort Lauderdale lodging

Thank goodness for the prime location because this townhome was so poorly kept up that it reminded me of a fraternity house. The downstairs bedrooms were too crowded with multiple sized beds, dressers with broken drawers, dust & dirt everywhere, mold in the shower. There were no toiletries, paper towels, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, dish soap, etc.. The upstairs balcony was filthy. The pool photos are deceiving - it's not really behind the townhouse; it's outside the owners' house which is very strange. Luckily we had good weather and spent most days at the beach.

Wonderful host and property

We had a great time, the host is amazing and probably the best one we’ve had, the house is steps from the beach and restaurants and equipped with all one could need. Highly recommended for families or group of friends, very spacious and well maintained house including the pool.

Great location

Great location. Lyft/Uber close to all the places we wanted to go. Beach a block away. Really enjoyed the back patio with my morning coffee and the upper balcony with my evening drink. Wonderful stay and great host.

We will be back!

Can't say enough about the location. This was a great spot for kids as we enjoyed the beach, pool and ice cream shop right out the back door. We will definitely consider another family vacay to this property.

Great vacation for large family!

This house was perfect for our recent family vacation. Location is steps from a beautiful beach, playground and shops. House is roomy with great space both indoors and outdoors. Host is so extremely responsive - couldn’t have been better! Anything we needed was immediately addressed with a simple text message. Highly recommend this house for a family vacation!

Great for families

The host was exceptionally accommodating, he was also very attentive. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The reverse osmosis drinking water was an unexpected pleasure.

Great Location!

My husband and I and our dog had a wonderful stay at this property. Vance (owner and property manager) lives just behind the house and was very receptive to all our needs. He was very warm and accepting to our large, nervous lab that barked at him whenever he came near. The location is just half a block from the beach and boardwalk and the yard was very private. House was spacious enough to welcome family when they decided to come visit last minute. Highly recommend!

Great property!

We were 2 families traveling with 6 children. I think the owner really undersells this property. Our kids loved the pool in the backyard (it’s listed as a shared pool but it’s just the owner that shares it.) the property is right across the street from the beach, a really short walk and there’s also some really nice walking paths across the street. There are a few restaurants within walking distance also. The property owner was really nice and helpful. The property itself is great, we had plenty of room for all of us!

Fantastic stay, amazing location

Traveled with my father, stepmother, teenager daughter, and 1yr old son. We all had a great stay. This house had more than enough room for all of us to spread out with our own space. Aside from the house being roomy and comfortable, you cannot beat the location! I went for walks every morning along the beach trails which are directly across the street. Few quick places to grab a bite are right around the corner, and Vance was kind enough to allow us to cut across the property so it was an even closer walk. If you’re looking for more variety, downtown Boca is only a 10min stroll down the street. The pool was warm and relaxing to hang around. Definitely a GREAT stay for a family. Can’t wait to be able to return with my husband and teenage son as well!

Easy Family Vacation

Vance made our family vacation exceptional. From the communication before our trip all the way to our check out. We loved the personal tour at check in. Vance even worked so well with our flight times. Vacationing with our two adult children is very important to us and everyone having their own space is top of the list. The townhouse is so roomy, well-stocked, and steps to the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels ready for us. Plenty of space. Everything worked well-I loved the vanity in the master to get ready. The upper level outside space is where we hung out the most. We came to be on the beach, relax together and enjoy local food. The kitchen was well-stocked to make meals there also. Vance made us feel like family, he had anything we needed in an instant, he even sent us weather reports, restaurants, things to do. Do not hesitate to book-this place is awesome. Thank you Vance

Great location/unit needs work/owner lives on property

Can’t beat the location. Directly across street from beach, with 2 miles of downtown Boca, and walking distance to ice cream, pizza, breakfast and,7-11. House is not well kept and in need of updating. Furniture is ragged and worn. House did not feel clean. The owner lives on property, is frequently seen, and you need to reach out if you need toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags as house only has the minimum. Owner is quick with delivery, but seems strange to not have a proper amount on hand. The pool area is not as pictured. It is the backyard of where owner lives. No lounge chairs out and kitchenette area cluttered and unusable. There are ring cameras in the pool area and owner is frequently seen working outside on property.

Listen, this location cannot be beat. With the salt water pool and the 50 feet (1/2 block maybe?) to the beach, you can't really complain. Here's the deal: if you're high maintenance, this might not be for you. If you're really picky about super duper cleanliness or small details about the actual house, you might walk away underwhelmed by the interior. We felt it was just fine with furniture that was well loved and comfortable and didn't make you afraid to let your kids sit on it like the places with pure white sofas. If you're a big communicator leading up to trips, you might have questions unanswered until you arrive. Once you connect with Vance in the days prior to your arrival, the communication is awesome. Vance was super friendly, helpful, prompt when we needed something, but also didn't encroach on our week at all. He was totally respectful of our families, was friendly and patient with our slew of kids, and had SO many helpful things around to make our time easier, like a beach cart, beach toys, booster seat, floaties, boogie boards, etc. All we had to do was text and shortly, he'd help us out. If you want to relax, soak up the sun, enjoy the pool, have a REALLY easy stroll to the beach where you feel like you can haul your kids and all their junk back and forth in one day, this is the place to do that. There is an ice cream shop pretty much out the back door, a playground on the way to the beach, and awesome outdoor spaces on the property to spread out. The beach is the best one in the area IMO, as it was quieter than Deerfield and Red Reef and it was clean and so easy to access from the house. I would definitely rent this place again because it's just the perfect location for families. We didn't have to drive anywhere if we didn't want to and could enjoy the outdoors, beach, and the pool.

Beware this property and the owner

I am honestly perplexed by the other reviews of this home. The home is filthy, the kitchen filled with ants, and so much furniture is crammed into each room that most (save the master bedroom) are rather unusable. (The closet doors have been removed in both secondary bedrooms to shove beds halfway into the closets). I am not sure who staged the home for the photos, but they did a great job. It looks completely different in person (I explained in further detail below). My family and I vacated the property after one night, opting to board our dog and cram the five of us (humans) into a one-bedroom hotel room rather than stay in this home. We attempted to get a refund, but neither the owner nor VRBO was interested in helping us. Once I reported the home to VRBO, the owner began threatening me in the middle of the night via text. I felt extremely unsafe as he also found me on facebook. Beware this property and its owner. Photo discrepancies: Photo 2 has inaccurate barstools (the ones in the home are dirty and covered in tattered fabric that is falling off the chairs) Photo 3 has a completely different sofa set as to what is in the room (it is filled with black leather furniture, with white leather furniture pushed back up against all the walls, old wooden bureaus, etc.) Photo 4, again, has the incorrect barstools Photo 5 shows a completely different dining set to the one actually in the home, which is larger, darker, and stuffed with chairs. Photo 6 is not accurate but photo 7 is- that is the master bedroom. Photo 8 may include the correct entertainment center, but none of the other shown furniture is present in the home. Photo 10 might have once been accurate, but the area is so full of old chairs and cushions that it's impossible to tell. Photo 12 shows linens that are not in the home- all linens were once white, now more of a gray. Photo 15 shows yet another set of barstools which also are not in the home.

Cette maison spacieuse, malgré quelques imperfections, est vraiment bien située!

Le propriétaire vit sur place et est très sympathique et serviable. La maison et son aménagement pourraient être améliorés, mais la localisation est excellente - à deux pas de la plage et près du parc Gumbo Limbo. Parfait pour des vacances abordables en famille!
