Top Floor, Beach Front, Ocean View, with Beautiful Sunsets!

Do you need to get away, regroup, and reconnect with family and friends? Sunset Paradise is exactly the place for you. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath elevator access penthouse not only has beautiful panoramic views but it is quiet (no footsteps overhead) - you only hear the waves.

You can watch dolphins, paddle boarders, and sailboats as you have breakfast on the balcony. Fill your day with swimming, shelling, or just relaxing in the sun. You will always have a front row seat to a magnificent sunset in your own backyard! End your day with an evening swim in the heated pool or soak in the hot tub.

The condo has a master suite with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds in the third. Altogether the condo sleeps 8. A washer and dryer are also there for your convenience.

The full size remodeled kitchen with a view of the gulf is stocked with all that you might need including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and George Forman grill. The dining table seats 6 with 4 barstools at the counter.

Sunset Paradise is a 17 unit complex with 6 beachfront condo’s. A full size BBQ grill with 2 tables are located on the lanai by the pool for your grilling and outdoor dining pleasure.

Perfect family spring break condo!
This condo was absolutely perfect for our week in IRB and exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were clean and comfortable, and the unit's selection of beach chairs and sand toys was greatly appreciated. The view from the balcony is just incredible; we spotted dolphins every single day but one. The complex is fairly small and we were blessed with quiet neighbors during our week. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well-maintained throughout the week. The location truly cannot be beat, as you're less than a five minute walk from multiple delicious restaurants. Evelyn, the property owner, was friendly and communicative. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

A cosy respite despite the weather
Unusually cold weather for the duration of the stay limited time outdoors, but the location provided exceptional beach access. Pool & spa were heated and often used despite the weather. Accommodations exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone.

The unit was nice! It was on the top floor, corner unit which was great for gulf views. Noise did travel a bit n the building. The outdoor balcony was our favorite spot to hang out.Overall, A good location for two couples or a family.

Beautiful property
This was a beautiful property. It had an amazing view of the ocean. With a 5 yo and a 2 yo I get worried about them breaking things, but the property was pretty baby-proof. The place was very clean and well kept. Nice updated kitchen and had plenty of beach toys and chairs so we didn’t have to rent. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

A very nice property and great location! Our group was comfortable in their bedrooms. Great amenities come with the property. Short walk past the pool area and you are on the beach or in the Gulf. Very responsive owner for any problems that might arise during your stay. Highly recommend

Our home away from home….
We’ve stayed at this property for years. Evelyn is super responsive with anything that’s needed and the condo itself is filled with anything you may need for the beach. We come back year after year because the views from this condo are stunning, it’s very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. The location is close to so many amazing restaurants. Our children love the bunk beds, family games and beach toys provided too.

Perfect Condo
We were 2 couples vacationing for 2 weeks. This condo had everything we needed and more. It was extremely clean and well stocked. Very quiet nights and relaxing.The pool and elevator were awesome amenities.There are restaurants and shopping close by in walking distance,the beach in your backyard,and a preserve a few blocks away. The 3rd floor condo was exactly how it was described in the listing. The double bunk bed room was perfect for our family. The ease of entry and exit processes was a welcome change from other rental opportunities that I’ve been involved in. The communication from the owner was immediate and proactive. Ringing in 2024 on the Beach
Had a wonderful week at Paradise Villa. Condo was exactly as expected. Evelyn was easy to communicate with and provided lots of great info about the area. Enjoyed meals at Guppies, Groupers and Keegan's. Beautiful beach, enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells and tossing a ball with the kids. Lanai was perfect for watching the pelicans dive or the dolphins swim by, as well as sunsets - wow, those sunsets are something else!!

Home with sunshine
This is the first time we have stayed at this condo and it did not disapppint. The condo itself was large, clean and extremely well stocked. The views are of sun, sea and sand and the location is walkable to quite a selection of good bars and restaurants. We loved everything about it and communication with the owner was quick and easy. Will we come back? - ABSOLUTELY, YES!!!

One of the best in Indian Rocks
Host contacted us prior to check in with all necessary information which made the process very easy. The condo is very clean and there is so much attention to minor details. Very comfortable with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Evelyn was very prompt in responding to any requests. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again.
