Why they chose this property

Camboinhas is a quiet residential neighborhood in Niterói. The apartment is within a gated resort, with entrance monitored by a 24-hr doorman. It includes a lovely shaded micro-park, pool, restaurant, bar, and laundry service. Beach access is a block away, as is a string of restaurants on the bluff overlooking the beach. A wide cobblestone sidewalk that runs along the back side of the restaurants offers spectacular sunset views. The apartment faces the lagoon to the east so the veranda gets the sunrise and early morning sun. After about 10 AM, the veranda is shaded, and there is usually a breeze from the ocean that moderates the heat.

What makes this property unique

The apartment has two bedrooms, one bath, fully-functional kitchen, veranda with table & chairs, and a space with a sofa, TV, and dining table. Each bedroom has a double bed. The main bedroom has a large armoire and a work desk; the slightly smaller one has a bureau, two luggage racks, and an armchair. On the veranda you’ll find four beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as a drying rack. The kitchen has a full set of pots & pans, and complete dishware for four.
