I call this home Litlle Shady and it is only rented to guests who are renting Shady Oak) Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Retreat to plush and well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort and a large screened in porch. Embrace the beauty of nature with panoramic views of sunset and lots of roaming deer. Located very close to a public boat ramp with space to store your boat trailer- this is a fisherman's paradise. Book your stay now and create memories that will linger long after you've left. Great House and location

This house was a great day. Three bedrooms, two baths, fully loaded kitchen, washer and dryer. Everything is updated. We will be definitely staying again if we are ever in the area.

Great house

The house has been updated well and the property is well maintained. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy any time outside on the property or lake. If the weather was nicer, we would have had a much more fun time.

Shady Oak

We had a great time staying at Shady Oak! House was very nice and had everything you needed. From gas grill, all kitchen utensils and cookware. Washing machine and dryer were a big plus after being on the lake all day. Easy contacting host with a little issue with the front gate, but she answered immediately and was able to resolve the issue within minutes. Overall great experience and excellent service from host!

We started renting out our home and it has become our passion. We now work here, stay here, and play here. We manage homes around PK and are the owners of Smart Vacation Rentals. We love Possum Kingdom and we hope you will love it just as much as we do!

When we aren't at the lake we are generally at the softball fields or another kids activity. We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
