New Hope Zen. 3rd floor 1 bedroom w/ private bath. No private entrance .

Your hosts, Phil and Marcy look forward to your stay in our made for chillaxing large 3rd floor cozy bedroom w/ kitchenette and private bath/shower. Side entrance (not private) lead to the 2nd floor stairs and your separate bed/bath combo accommodations. Just a Bucks County minute from our door to downtown New Hope, and the walking bridge to Lambertville. We love the location. Convenience times 2 we say as you can park in our driveway and delight in all New Hope and Lambertville have to offer day and night. Rafting, biking, ghost tours, restaurants, nightlife and so much more to explore in our town. Did I mention the history that abounds here. You'll need a week to see all there is to explore. We love it and you will too!.

Amazing Stay

Phil and Marcy were so hospitable and respectful of the space we stayed in. It was the perfect stay for a quick 48 hour trip, perfect walking distance to downtown New Hope. Clean and spacious for two people.

Such a lovely property tucked away, but close to everything in New Hope and Lambertville. The room was beautiful and the host was very accommodating and kind. Would definitely recommend, and we plan to come back again.

Weekend getaway

Great location! You can park and walk. The room is awesome with so many nice detail's. The bed is comfy. You walk down a short flight of well lit stairs to the bathroom. We would definitely come back for another stay!

One of the best places to say at in New Hope

Phil and Marcy's home is a beautifully decorated home on a quiet dead end street in walking distance to all the shops in New Hope and Lamberville. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay with the best hosts, Phil and Marcy's is the place.

Phil and Marcy were great hosts! They provided excellent accommodations and amenities! The location was just a quick walk to downtown New Hope. Our private room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful

Wonderful and very welcoming hosts! Their entire home (what I saw of it) is georgeous and felt very welcoming. The location was walkable to the main strip, the neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend it!

Zen room

This was the perfect spot for short get away. My husband and I stayed for 1 night for our anniversary. It was so neat, clean and updated. Even though it was up on the third floor and you had to walk through the main part of the home. It was so private and quiet. This was so close to everything it was so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

Phil and Marcy were delightful! The place was spotlessly. Everywhere you looked there was something charming and artful. Everything you needed was right there. Very close to all the action. Even made coffee and pastries for us in the morning. Could not have been more pleased.

Excellent room, Super-nice hosts!

This home has been completely renovated and is just plain gorgeous inside. The room they rent is spacious, clean and has amenities like a coffee maker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The private bathroom is no different--very clean and plenty of shelf space for your stuff. The hosts Phil and Marcie are wonderful folks! They were so nice and friendly. Location is great as well--about a 5 minute walk to the intersection of Bridge and Main St. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying there!
