The timber frame cabin is a rustic Alaskan cabin tucked away on our 30 acre homestead. We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs and a full bath with all necessary toiletries. A lot of the furniture in the cabin was handmade right here on the homestead with trees we milled ourselves. This cabin has a private fire pit and free parking space for your convenience. We welcome you to share our homestead, and allow guests to enjoy our gardens, eat some strawberries and even help themselves to some eggs from our coop. During winter we have miles of well groomed ski trails for guests to use. Aside from the cabin, we also offer dog sledding and snow mobile tours. We offer the amazing rates for 24 hour UTV/ATV rentals, just for guests at our cabins. Our backyard opens into raw and untamed backcountry with beautiful views of Denali and the Talkeetna range. What makes this extra special is that you will have the peace and tranquility of the Alaskan backcountry without the hustle and bustle of other people or tourists.

What an amazing property! Although checking in during the Montana Creek wildfires, we were assured we were safe. We enjoyed watching the fire fighters ;). My only regret was not spending more time at this stop! It was like living in a storybook. Maybe add outside chairs on the porches?
We had a chance to relax and enjoy the feel of the cabin. We wished we had brought our dinner with us because once we were settled in we did not want to leave again
