Inside the Home:
This open and inviting home offers a spacious, open-concept feeling with the kitchen, dining and living spaces flowing easily in the front of the home. The dining area has seating for 4-6 and the counter top can seat 2 additional people. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, gas stove/oven and plenty of cabinet and counter space. There is a Keurig with coffee pods, cream and sugar, coffee pot, blender, toaster, coffee grinder and electric kettle available for use during your stay, as well. Straight through the kitchen, you’ll find the separated mudroom, which offers a full sized washer and dryer, as well as a coat rack and bench with cubbies for extra storage. The back door, which gives access to the gated yard and sidewalk, can also be accessed here. Continuing on the main floor, you’ll find a large modern bedroom, offering a roomy queen sized bed and a large walk-in closet with dresser refinished by a local Oregonian. This bedroom is nestled in the back corner of the house near the main floor bathroom, which offers a large and luxurious claw foot tub with a shower option- perfect for relaxing and unwinding, as well as preserving functionality. The second floor, accessed from the stairs seen in the main living space, offers two additional bedrooms, full sized bathroom and large nook for storage or play. The bathroom at the top of the stairs offers a double vanity and spacious walk-in shower with glass doors. At the end of the hall, you’ll find the large second bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed, spacious walk-in closet and full-sized refinished dresser. The third bedroom offers a full sized bed and large refinished dresser. This room has a very large additional space which can be used as a closet, reading nook, or as an additional sleeping space because it is separated by a small door, but easily accessible. In addition to the house, there is also an accessible fenced yard, with lush green grass in the spring and a generous pear tree with delicious fruit. This space is cozy and homey, intended to be comfortable, functional, and fun. During the day, the house welcomes bright sunny light, and during the night there are cozy blankets to snuggle up on the couch and fun board games to play with family and friends.
