Family reunion

The initial process was good. As we got closer to our time to arrive they became unresponsive. They day of our travel we still had not receive information on how to get access the property. We reach out via phone and the owner was not aware of our reservation. She even admitted that she doesn’t check her notifications, which made us question if we still had a reservation. She said that the property was clean and we could still go there. Upon arrival the furniture was dirty in which I wiped down, there was a bath towel still in the bathroom, the bathroom carpet was dirty, the toilet was dirty, and food still in the refrigerator. It appeared that someone just left there. So disappointed as we had no where else to go and nor did we want to spend more money.
