Beautiful Clean and luxury house in Aylesbury Community, city of Davenport , only 15 minutes from Disney World and a few minutes from the championship golf courses of Champions Gate and Reunion.

Sleeping 8 people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms . One Master bedroom , Queen size bed, with en-suite facilities and Cable TV , One master bedroom King size bed , with cable TV , two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

There is a fully furnished kitchen , with :
dishwasher, cooker, fridge & microwave, with adequate crockery for 8 people.

There is a breakfast nookwith table/chairs, a more formal dining area, and lounge with cable TV .

All bed linen and towels are included .You can make free phone calls in USA and CANADA

There is a good sized private pool with a covered lanai with table, chairs . Perfect after a busy day at the theme parks.

Close to Orlando area

The property when we arrived had not been cleaned from the previous renter. There was no water active in the home so we used the pool water to flush the toilet. This problem was fixed on the second day by the management company. The management company also had a cleaning company come in and strip all the bedding and towels for cleaning off site as the water problem was not fixed. When the water problem was resolved the cleaning company came back on our 3rd day and finished cleaning the bathrooms and floors. After this the home was very nice and comfortable for our stay. However we feel we should receive compensation for the problems we encountered.

Great option near Disney!

The owner was very quick to respond to questions prior to booking and always super nice. No issues during the stay other than it got a little warm during the day in the house but outside temperatures reached the upper 90’s so thats understandable. Near several local stores and and places to grab food. Pool was nice and the property met all of our needs.

Multiple deficits with this house.

This house needs major renovations. Carpets need replacing, javex stains and wear and rips. Smoke detectors in a drawer. Walk way was verydangers when wet, fall hazard for me because it was like a skating rink. Bugs in the kitchen, stove element burnt out, we had to replace lightbulbs in the house, chair arm broken, had the’field manager replace a mattress, phone, TV set. Also the ac broke down and had a window air conditioner for 24 hours.. I had to buy cutlery, extra wine glasses as there was only 3 and we entertain. We hosed down the pool area because it was so dirty. I cried over our holiday nightmare house. I also bought door mats and a shoe tray for the entrance. I really wish the owners personally checked out the accommodations. Also couch should be replaced.

First time to Florida

The carpet in the master bedroom and floors throughout the house hadn’t been swept or vacuumed but other than that the house is just as it’s pictured with a few minor cosmetic issues. Pool is smaller but great if you have little kids as the deeper end gets over 5 ft when it rains.

Provide most things you’ll need

The property itself was okay. We stayed for a week with 6-8 people at any given time. The main problem we faced was that there was a lack of necessary items. We needed to buy dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, and extra shampoo. I feel like most places would provide things like this, especially when they ask you to “wash the towels” but provide no laundry soap. We talked with Michelle and asked for more toilet paper, she said she’d deliver it the next day and she did, but it wasn’t until late at night and we had to end up buying some toilet paper anyway. The pool was nice to have, the screen around It was broken and there were bugs, but that’s fine. It slept 8 people just fine, although some of the beds were broken (if you sat on the edge, the mattress almost flipped off the bed). There were also enough dishes, which was nice. The main problem was the lack of supplies, so it would have been nice to be warned about this before we booked. We arrived a half-hour before we were supposed to and Michelle was nice enough to let us in. The week before, the house got trashed and there was a lot Michelle had to clean before we got there, so maybe she just didn’t have time to restock the things we needed. Overall it was a nice enough house for the price, just be ready to buy things that would normally be included.

Very Bad Experience / Property in Rough Shape / Owners Rude

Couldn't use the pool for the first 3 days due to it being nasty. Owners & property managers assured us that our comfort was priority one but still took multiple calls, emails and demands to get it half way clean. Got locked out of the property because there are 6 different locks on the property but only one key. Called the owner and he hung up on me. Called the property manager and he told me to find a locksmith on my own and pay for it myself. All of the TV / Cable hook ups were a mess. It took several days to sort these out. 2 remotes were missing the battery covers. The cables into the TV boxes were mixed up when we arrived. The owner later tried to charge us for a missing cable box.?. The TVs in the large bedrooms are the size of small computer monitors. The house was not very clean. The microwave was gross inside. The master bedroom doesn't even have a latching door knob on it. There are damaged tile, woodwork and paint throughout and the owner tried to blame broken tile on us after we left. How do you break tile? A closet door never worked the whole time that we stayed so it was left open. When we moved out, the owner tried to blame that on us because we never reported it. The pool hose blew off 3 separate times and we had to reinstall them. The owner later complained about us doing this instead of letting it damage his neighbor's property and burn up his pool pump. This property has issues and the owners try to use the renters to pay for their maintenance. I have been traveling full time to over 40 years and i have never once been charged for any sort of damage. these people charged me 200 for a missing cable box that wasn't even at the property when we rented it. We stayed for about 2 months travelling on business. we never complained about the little things because most property owners know whats wrong with their houses. we are complaining now because the owners are not being honest. You could imagine if you rented this property for a family vacation and you couldn't use the pool for the first 3 DAYS! Try telling your children/grandchildren to stay out of a pool for 3 days because its unsafe. Very Unhappy.
