One week available June 7-14, 2025 (Saturday-Saturday).
Gold Crown Resort.
3 Bedroom / 3 bath unit. 1460 sq feet.
Luxurious 3 Bedroom, 3 bath unit in beautiful Royal Dunes Resort. The unit features 2 master bedrooms, each with king bed and private bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds with a hall bathroom. Each unit features a fully-furnished kitchen, private balcony and a washer/dryer in the unit. It is ideal for 2 families or 3 generations.
The resort is located just a short walk from the beach, and features two pools plus a hot tub and a sauna. There is also a playground, baby pool, shuffleboard, corn hole and a grilling area. Early June is ideal time of year to visit Hilton Head before peak summer crowds and heat. It is a Saturday to Saturday weekly rental. No taxes or no other fees. We have rented this week for many years.

When we bought this timeshare week, our kids were out of school by Memorial Day. Then the school calendar changed, and we have rented out the unit for years. Now our kids are grown and the unit is too large for us.
Why they chose this property
We love the shady bike paths of Hilton Head Island and the boardwalk to the beach with a bathroom, playground and outside hose/shower to wash off before heading back to the condo.
What makes this property unique
The 2 king size master suites, each with a large bathroom make Royal Dunes unique. Both are truly master suites. Also all the amenities of Royal Dunes make it a unique resort - from outdoor grills, to the sauna, whirlpool and 2 outdoor pools to shuffleboard, Royal Dunes adds so many special touches.
