Great location, nice property, needs a little cleaning and needs new mattresses.
I will start out by saying I would give this property four out of five stars. There are very nice things about this property, but also some things that need minor attention.
Cons:
•Needs a good cleaning. The carpets are stained and feel dirty, there was hair all over the master bathroom floor, in the shower, and in the sinks. The exhaust fan was almost completely clogged with dust.
•Needs new mattresses. Both mattresses had been slept in A LOT. There were dips in both beds from bodies. When you lay in the bed, it scoops you into those dips.
•Light switches are confusing. There are three in most of the rooms and two do not do anything.
•TVs in the bedrooms are difficult to change the channel of. One room had two remotes, one did nothing. The other changed the input when you tried to change the channel. This was in both rooms.
•The last night we were there, the lights were cut off in the parking deck, at the exterior halls, and around the building, so it was pitch black after dark and we were unable to start packing up our belongings.
•Wifi issues the first day/two.
Pros:
•Great location. Easy access within minutes to the strip. A mcdonalds & grocery store nearby.
•NO 4X4 NEEDED.
•Nice modern feel to the space, great lighting.
•Checking in was a breeze. I was contacted by the property management that sent me additional paperwork that needed to be signed, not part of VRBO. Texts came in telling me when the space would be ready and how to gain entry.
•Lots of cameras.
