An Exchange of Pace in Vermilion, OH
This home is centrally located overlooking Victory Park which is the main location for festivals and summer farm markets. A short walk across the park to the railroad tracks and you can already see the lake. This home is less than a 5 minute walk to everywhere you want to be! Walk to shops, restaurants, the beach, the lighthouse and the boat club! Vermilion is a short commute to Oberlin College, Cleveland Browns Stadium and numerous parks and beaches.
Our home is larger than most! We have one of the largest homes (2,000sf) available in town with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for guests! This large historic home offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms plus a pull out sofa on the first floor. The upstairs bedrooms have gorgeous original pine floors, original built-ins and extensive, natural woodwork. The main level offers an inviting living room with a large 70" smart television and an oversized sectional couch. The inviting dining room seats 8 for game night or dinner at home. Additional tv in the den offers a separate space for guests. The vintage kitchen brings the small town vibe right into this home! Enjoy the garage clubhouse with tv, darts, string lights and more! This home is fresh and clean!

Why they chose this property
Our home is located in the charming Harbourtown section of a quaint lakeside village of Vermilion, Ohio. This lake house is within a short walk to the public beach, many wonderful restaurants, library, candy store, small gift shops and antiques. The front porch overlooks Victory Park and the retired historic Vermilion fire house. Enjoy the yearly Wooley Bear Festival, Festival of Fish and other events at Victory Park. Our private, fenced in back yard includes a firepit and Adirondack chairs.
