Just 15 minutes from downtown Portland and minutes from the freeway sits my oasis—where sunlight floods through generous windows by day, creating a bright and energizing vibe. This property also backs to a huge park with a playground just across the field and plenty of room for your pups to stretch their legs.

Guest will have full access to the property, excluding the garage itself.
Other things to note
The home has radiant floor heating it is best not to turn off in the winter as it can take almost a full day to warm up. There is a split system in the main room, but additional fans and space heaters can be provided with advanced notice.

The atrium while peaceful, can get very warm or cold as it is still considered outdoor space. When there is heavy rain it can be loud as with the wind.
