This stunning two-bedroom home in the heart of Palermo Soho is situated just two blocks from Plaza Serrano. Walk up the stairs to find a large kitchen with a bright living and dining area. The beautiful 2nd bedroom will far from disappoint with its en-suite bathroom.
An open staircase leads to the Master bedroom, bathed in light thanks to the modern glass atrium It enjoys a private sun deck and of course its en-suite bathroom.
The apartment is located in a PH that shares the entrance with 2 other properties. The entrance corridor is, thus, shared and very quiet.
The location is perfect to explore the bohemian neighborhood of Palermo, the hottest turistic point of Buenos Aires.Nightlife in the area is very busy, specially during weekends.
* Please note that the upstairs en-suite bathroom has a soak tub that is not working at the moment. Due to the current situation in Argentina, spare pieces are not available and it cannot be used until it's been fully repaired.
