Windsor Hills is a 5 STAR community so close to Disney, you can see the fireworks! It takes less time to get to some of the parks than it does from most Disney Property Hotels. No need to wait for the Disney Bus at the park closing. Hop in your car, and be back at your house in 10 easy minutes.

Windsor Hills offers 24-hour gated security. With our home, you will have access not only to our pool and spa, but the Community Pool with 3 Story Water Slide. There is also a Sundry Shop, Fitness Center, Games Room, Movie Theater, and Tennis Courts. Playgrounds can be found in numerous locations on site. Our house is just one block from the largest playgound and a short walk to the Community Center.

Great experience!

Great house, no problems! We paid for pool heat and it was worth every Penny. Pool was nice and warm, even able to swim one morning when it was 49 degrees outside! Super close to Disney parks. Would absolutely stay here again!

Christmas Vacation

Had a great stay.Property was clean.Yes a few things we found broke such as pool stick tip my kids fixed,ping pong table and pool/hot tub.Many calls later it got fixed but my kids still enjoyed.House was big and accommodated our family.My younger ones enjoyed the waterpark and pool on the community property.Was close enough to amusement parks and grocery store.We enjoyed thank you.

Excellent Windsor Hills property

We have stayed at Windsor Hills multiple times in the past, and so have a very good idea of what the units are like. This one is excellent -- communication with the owner was very good, there was a wide variety of cooking utensils/appliances, and the furnishings were very nice. The property is a few doors down from the castle playground and an easy walk to the clubhouse. The instant quote from VRBO did not match the final quote, but the price was still very good. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful vaction home so close to Disney!

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this 6-bedroom vacation property during Spring Break. The house is in great condition with everything you need for an enjoyable get-away. The pool and spa were popular with the kids (and adults!), as was the game room with Air Hockey, Pool Table and Playstation. The house has a nice layout, so there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out after a day at the parks. Even with 10 people it never felt crowded. In addition to the private house pool/spa, the community has a large pool with slide, game room, exercise room, cafe and 2 lovely play areas for younger guests. All are within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the quick drive to the Disney/Orlando properties - the house is closer than most hotels! At the owners suggestion, we had dinner at BOMA at Animal Kingdom Lodge one night, and it only took 10 minutes to get there! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We would recommend it and would stay here again. The owners were very responsive, professional and easy to work with. They also gave us great park tips! Thank you for a great week.

All and all I will say nice place to stay some issues with checking in and matanance

House was nice and comfortable. Check in was horrible. Was handled by home owner quickly. Messaged home owner that the code didn't work that was sent. Come to find out to her suprise and ours management had removed the push code deadbolt lock and place a box on the outside of the house with a key in it. We arrived around 7 pm and had to call after hour number and had to jump threw many hoops and at one point the lady said she had exguested all ways to get us in. That is when I contacted owner and resolved issue. Much to her suprise it seems like management was slacking and making changes and not notifying owner. The toilet downstairs was broken, the pool table was missing balls, ping pong table attachment was broken and blinds to the sliding door leading to the pool was missing a few blades. The overall place was nice and we would most likely stay again. Pool was good size of house was perfect for are group of 8 tons of room. Location is perfect with convenient of food and Disney

Dissapointing

First of all I would like to say the weather was very nice and it made our stay a little easier despite everything going on and the little community was nice too. Unfortunately the house was dissapointing. We could look pass some of the old furniture, and cable not working for a couple of days when we got there, but the house was dirty! Carpets were dirty and stained. Floors were dirty and not swept. Dust was thick on furniture. The upstairs master bed should probably be thrown out, The pool had Mildew everywhere., the pool fence did not close all the way/ nor open all the way (safety hazzard for little ones) We had our 3yr old grandson with us. The biggest problem that was UNACCEPTABLE! ...was the ANT and ROACH PROBLEM! The owner did address these things while we were there but It interrupted our stay and this should have been taking care of BEFORE we arrived!...Also the owner never replied to our email we sent about the home. No appology no nothing!. We probably left the house cleaner than it was!...still waiting on our deposit/refund.

I would definitely stay here again!

The house was just as described! Just a couple minor issues, when we arrived at 4:00 the cleaning person was still there and said he wouldn’t be done until 6pm, however didn’t actually finish until 7:30, we were able to stay in the garage while he was cleaning but when the kids tried to play the games the air hockey puck was broken in half and one of the pool sticks was broken, which even after communicating with property management multiple times, they were not replaced. Due to us having to wait to check in, the property owner did reach out and send a gift card for pizza. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Great place to stay

We have stayed at this property before and both times it was exactly what we expected. A great location Brett was great to work with and accommodated our request. The check in and check out process was easy. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and relaxing.

Great Home

The house was great and community was great location as well. It was listed correctly and everything was wonderful. Our pool alarm didn’t work (we’re assuming batteries) but it wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend for future visits!

fabulous vacation

Our stay at this property was great and we had everything that was needed. Would I stay at this property again yes I would. Every single one of the beds was so comfortable. Great neighborhood my grandkids loved the waterpark and the swing area. We are planning another trip already. I hope that we can get the same house again

Excellent Communication

We had a group of 12 ages ranged from adults to infant. The communication was excellent between the owner and myself was excellent. The house was very clean and maintained. Even with 12 people we had more than enough space. We enjoyed the private pool and spa. The teenagers loved the game room. The house came with a stroller, playpen and high chair which was very useful. Every issue that came up was taken care of immediately. The community pool and water area were so relaxing and gave our family time to spend together. Our teenage boys loved the basketball court and the younger kids enjoyed the Park. Walmart being right down the street was a huge convenance. All of the major attractions we're close by. We will definitely book again with Windsor Hills, thank you for helping me give our family lasting memories.

Windsor Hills

This property was just like the pictures! It was very clean and in the perfect community! I contacted Britt several times and she always responded in a timely manner. One of the guards was rude to our lyft driver and we almost had to get out and walk back to the property so I'll try to get a rental next time! I will definitely stay again!!

In need of repairs would not stay again

The house had old ripped couches, blender was missing parts, juicer was missing parts, pool and spa heat did not work pool lights did not work.found cockroach, and what looked like meal rooms in the house. The house had stained carpets. There was wood chips and other stuff on the floor. The pool and spa both where dirty in need of a pressure cleaning. Air hockey table did not work. Rack for pool balls is broke. On a positive the beds are comfortable when contacting the owner about the pool heat they did respond but was not able to resolve the issue. Was told will get a refund for pool heat but have not seen it and feel that we should get more of a refund due to the fact that our choice to stay there was for the pool and spa.

Great place to stay with the family, kid friendly

Had a great time staying with my family. Game room was used very often since i have 3 nephews that enjoyed it the most. Pool was great too. House was clean and cozy.

Plenty of room with very convenient location!

I always go to Orlando with my golf friends and finding a house with individual beds for 8 or more people is a challenge. So, this house was perfect for our group! The only thing I have to mention is the level of house maintenance and cleaning by management company was not good. Food disposal at kitchen sink was not working, found some dirty linens in the closet, and some trashes under the bed... The owner of house is nice and communicate well, so she may want to change the management company to keep her nice house in better condition...?

Great location, great price, made our vacation fun!

We got lucky enough to snag a last minute discount on this home! Which made it the most affordable house on VRBO in Windsor Hills for our Universal trip! Fyi- It took us 20-30 minutes to get to Universal depending on traffic. The home was a great spot to cool off in and relax after the parks. My only complaints were that the neighbors kept us up multiple nights arguing, yelling, and had the music up pretty loud until 4 am (they were renters as well and that can happen anywhere). But after they checked out we slept great! There was some minor updating needed in the home (older TV's) and some things that needed repairing (grill was broken, ice machine in freezer only worked one day, missing ball for the pool table. Also instructions on the sliding glass door alarm for the pool would've been great and we had to figure that out for ourselves. But overall, for the price, the size of the home, the home was very clean, in a great location (short walk to Windsor Hills water park), and the beds were super comfy, we were happy with our stay.

Our family of four loves to travel. We travel all over the United States and Caribbean whenever we have the chance. We have never wanted to go to the same place twice, until we stayed at Windsor Hills. We have a son in elementary school and a daughter in middle school, and they both always request Disney World as our first choice of vacations. Bottom line: We are ride people. We love all of the roller coasters and themed rides we can manage to squeeze into a day. They love coming home from a day at the park and jumping into our own pool while the adults share a glass of wine and make dinner. Feel free to contact us with any questions. We have plenty of advice on how to tour the parks, where to eat, etc. Happy to help in any way.

Why they chose this property

Our family has spent many wonderful vacations in Orlando, and we have always loved our time in Windsor Hills. We wanted to own a place that we know we would want to return to in the many years to come. It is so convenient to the Disney Parks, Universal, and newly Opened Legoland. We looked all over the Disney area, and couldn't find a development that compared with Windsor Hills. It honestly has all of the amenities of a first class resort, and all of the convenience and space of home. After spending all day together in lines at the park, it's nice to be able to spread out and hang out at the pool, in the game room, or watch a little tv. Having so many bathrooms makes it much easier to get ready in the morning or to put kids to bed at night.

What makes this property unique

Our home is a block from the park, and a couple of blocks from the community center. At the community center, you will find a fitness center, enormous pool with zero entry and a 3 story waterslide. There is also a movie theater and large games room. On site, we have mini golf, tennis courts, volleyball, and basketball. This house is perfect for family reunions. There are restaurants and grocery stores a very short distance away.
