Southern Comfort 1 at Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort

One side of a duplex, Southern Comfort 1 is a wonderfully cozy vacation home perfect for several couples or a larger family. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the lower level, the kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main level. A loft with 3 twin beds overlooks the living room. The living room has a wonderful free-standing wood burning fireplace, large patio doors leading out to a deck and overlooking the Alpen Trail. There is a shared outdoor hot tub on the patio. The hot tub is *WINTER ONLY*. WIFI is available throughout. Pets are not allowed. Rent both Southern Comfort 1 & 2 if more space is needed. Between the two units there will then be 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms available. Southern Comfort 1 is located on the Alpen trail and has access to lift #1.

Cozy and Convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on Alpen was perfect for our family so the adults could ski in and out and tag team watching the kids in the house. The kitchen was a great size. I do wish there was more seating in the living room area to accommodate 11 guests. Each bedroom had its own thermostat which was very nice. The mattresses are very firm but after a long day of skiing we were all tired enough to fall asleep regardless. Plenty of pillows and blankets were provided.
