Comfort and Convenience

I stayed here for about a week while moving to Winston. I had a great time. The host was extremely easy to communicate with, check in and out were super smooth. The property was clean and well furnished. I was able to work from "home" very easily with the internet. It's very conveniently located too. I have read other reviews that commented on the neighborhood. I don't know what those people experienced, but I talked to the neighbors repeatedly and went for several runs and felt right at home. I never felt unsafe or anything like that. This was a great success and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a short term rental in Winston.

Exactly what we needed

Beautifully decorated, clean home with everything we needed for our stay. Host was extremely friendly, accommodating, and always responded to messages. Efficiently handled any situation that came up in a timely manner.

Stay while working

Booked this because my husband is working nearby and we are from out of state and have not had time to find housing. Thought this would be a great property because the location was close to his work site and the pictures of the place where immaculate. The pitchers must have been taken when this property was first listed because the pictures on the listing do not at all in anyway represent what the property looks like today. I absolutely would not refer my worst enemy to this place.Place. Curtains and furniture were soiled. There was gobs of black hair wrapped around the shower head and would fall off in the shower while I was taking a shower. The washer and dryer were in the basement which was unlocked in a very unsafe location where there’s homeless people living in intense three houses down Did not feel safe doing laundry at all, and kept the doors locked at all times the refrigerator, stove and kitchen area was relatively clean. At first we booked it for 14 days and after going by and looking at it from the outside and seeing the sketchy neighborhood, I did call the hostess and we took it down to five nights and she worked with Verbo to get the rest refunded, we would have canceled the whole day, but then we would not have had money to stay anywhere else while we wait a refund to go through.. this has taught me a valuable lesson. I will never rent a place without at least being able to see the inside. She did apologize a few times, but apologies. Don’t help much gotta get
