Welcome to the Penthouse on Claiborne. This apartment is located in New Orleans with a 24 hour restaurant right across the street.

This apartment features three bedrooms and one bathroom with space enough for six. Family friendly the last bedroom has twin bunk bed plus a queen bed for dual purpose.

What We Love

Discover the many charms of the Crescent City from this spacious, second-story apartment located just a mile from the legendary French Quarter! Venture out and visit the historic city's many popular attractions including Café Du Monde, Bourbon Street, the St. Louis Cathedral, Congo Square, Armstrong Park, and the Golf Club at Audubon Park.
Back home, you'll find an open and sunlit great room with soaring ceilings that includes a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table for mealtimes, laptops, or family board game nights, and a living area with a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. We also have a door bell camera located by the front door entrance, which you can use to communicate with the host, if a problem occurs.

This vacation rental also includes a private washer/dryer to let you pack light and cooling central air-conditioning.

First trip to New Orleans

First trip to New Orleans. Good location as far as proximity to the French Quarter. Plenty of room and beds for our group.

This property is located by a commercial area. Which is much safer then walking in the middle of a neighborhood. Also it is located on a second floor with a locked entranced door. Which contributes to your safety as well while you sleep and stay. A commercial lot is available for off street parking, which is lit at night 24/7.
