This unit is on the ground floor for easy access. Each bedroom is showered in sunlight as each has it's own terrace with floor to ceiling glass doors. All rooms are adorned with local artwork! Each room has a workspace available and one of the rooms has a wet-bar and an en-suite bathroom.
Water coolers with fresh water are included in each condo unit for your convenience!

As a condo guest you can enjoy access to the private pool, an outdoor shower and the laundry room and a free parking space!

Our newly renovated condo is the only property in the community with AC units in each room and a water cooler with fresh water included for all guests! You can view the ocean from every room, window, balcony you name it! Equally if star gazing is your thing, turn the lights off and enjoy the views from the garden or the terraces!
