Perfect place to stay near campus without being in the middle of student housing. This 2 bed, 1 bath house features private parking for two vehicles, an outdoor dining area, updated appliances and more.
Walking distance to DKR Stadium and the Moody Center along with bars and restaurants, 5-minute drive to downtown, easy access to I-35, 10-minute drive to Zilker park, 15-minute drive to the Domain.
From concerts at the Moody Center to parents weekends, this is the place to be.
The house boasts beautiful original hardwood flooring throughout, brand-new furnishings, and ACL Live posters from artists you know and artists you will create new playlists for.
The whole place is yours!
We have a fenced-in backyard with a picnic table, perfect for hanging with your dogs and enjoying some food in the shade.
The living room sofa converts to a pull-out bed.
Kids items available upon request: Pack & Play, High-Chair, Sleeping Pod, Kids Toys
