Great Stay

Amazing time at this location even if it was for a short time, place was awesome love the theme in each of the rooms! Great Host, I was very busy due to organizing a wedding cruise but great communication from the host. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. Wish to come back in the future.

Rock the Universe Stay

The house was great, the listing of rooms with beds does not match exactly. The communications piece felt less than everything else. I received emails and apps that were suggested from 3 different groups making it hard to know where to find information. If it could all be centralized it would be much easier to work with. But I had no complaints about house, just had to do a lot of switching from VRBO, LaVilla, happy Stays, and emails.

Review

The house was as advertised. Some more supplies would have been helpful. Only 1 roll of paper towel and 1 or 2 garbage bags, tiny bottle of dish soap. The ac upstairs struggled to keep the rooms cool. Other than that, everything was good.

Fantasy for Kids!

You'd never know from the outside, but this house is full of cool and wonderful things. Everyone had a ball. Wish the starter supplies were a bit more substantial. We went through the two 13-gallon trash bags in a couple of hours. Otherwise, all good!

Family vacation

The house location and surrounding area are fantastic! The house was beautiful and accommodated all 26 of us very comfortably. It didnt match the pictures, but the updates/ room decor changes were still nice. Definitely had a lot of wear and tear but we would stay here again in a heart beat! It was perfect distance from universal and disney. The management company was easy to reach and responded very quickly when we needed something.

An amazing experience in Orlando

Amazing location with a lot of facilities. Great communication before arrival and through the stay. I would recommend this place if you have a big group who want their own space.

Great amenities and location

Overall, we had a good stay. The pool amenities were great and the location was perfect. The actual home was close to what’s advertised. However, two of my guest in complained their beds were very uncomfortable. In the Captain America room you can actual see the dip on the worn mattress. A good portion of the furniture was worn/broken and could use a refresher or replacement. The property itself is good and great for large families. It’s like the Marriot with Red roof Inn furniture. Could use better quality furniture but overall the stay was good.

La villa resort

The overall beauty of the home decor was beautiful, but the down fall was Bed bug was discovered in several bed rooms upstairs. The owner was notified the email but didn’t respond. The home was beautiful but that was the major mishap.

Family Reunion!

The house is even better than the photos! It was clean and spacious with plenty of things to do inside and outside, plus great community amenities. Any issues or questions were quickly answered and/or resolved. The gated entry into the community needs work, but that did not detract from the property itself! Thank you for a great place to share with family!!

Great place for Convention Stay

We were 12 adults in town for a conference. This was a terrific alternative to expensive conference hotels. When we checked in, one of the TVs didn't work, but they had it fixed the next morning. Note that for 10 bedrooms it only has 1 Master Bath and 9 bedrooms have to share. Probably fine for most families. Overall I would highly recommend as this host management company is very responsive. Everything was as expected.

Veterinary Conference Respite

15 Veterinary professionals looking for rest after 10+ hours of continuing education classes at OCCC found it! Our travel time to the Orange County Convention Center was about 30 minutes. This house provided plenty of room for us to share our learning experiences, some friendly competition on the pool table and air hockey table and then retreat to our own private rooms (a few shared a room) to reflect, wind down and get some rest. The house was clean, the linens fresh. The only inconvenience we encountered was the garbage container out front was not large enough to contain all the pizza boxes. We were happy we brought extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher cubes and garbage bags so we did not have to run out and buy any. We will not hesitate to rent this house again at our next conference in Orlando.

3 night Christmas stay

Arrived noon Christmas Day and paid for early check in. House is roomy and comfortable. 10 grandkids ages 5-20 enjoyed pool in lanai and also made use of resort’s pool, restaurant and lazy river area. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Management was quick to respond to our concerns.

Great Property

Great property. The bed in the girls room need to be changed. It was broken and they couldnt sleep on it. There was also toothpaste in one of the showers which means it wasnt well cleaned before we got there. Wifi signal needs to be stronger as well. Over all property manager was great. Great communication from beginning to end!

We enjoyed the property but few issues. The website makes the game room enticing but only ONE game worked, that’s misleading, the kids instead enjoyed the resort itself, we had enough toiletries/ towels and a couple things were broken based on ware and tear, overall enjoyed the place And would go back if the game room for the kids were fixed,

Weekend getaway

Let me 1st start off by saying, I have rented vacation homes in the past and they were good but what made this experience different is the welcome gift. Also the communication with the property owner/manager was great. Any questions I had was answered in a timely manner. The home is very spacious. And the pool Was just the right size. The property is very clean and kid friendly. I would highly recommend it.
