This was a quiet, convenient location to stay for a weekend with family while visiting our son at school. The house had everything we needed to cook our own meals, plenty of space to socialize, and lots of beds and couches for our group. The homeowners answered all of our questions and ensured their home was spotless upon our arrival. We really enjoyed our stay!
This is our second stay here while visiting our son at school. It’s a quiet, peaceful area and an easy 30 minute drive to downtown State College. The VRBO has all the space our family needed with three roomy bedrooms, two cozy sitting rooms and a huge kitchen area. The owner was so easy to work with. We imagine we will make many more visits over the next few years.
I've stayed at the property several times in the past few years and have rented it for two more visits this summer. It's at a great location and has everything I need.
We've enjoyed the property several times. It has everything we need for a comfortable and fun ATV vacation. We'll be back again before the end of the season.
We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a Penn State football game. Had no problem getting an Uber to and from campus (30 minute ride). The house was super spacious and had everything you could need for a stay! Super clean and overall a great stay! Would recommend this place to anyone going to a game or just looking for a relaxing stay in the area. 10/10!!!
This is my "go to" VRBO when I ATV at Snowshoe Rails to Trails or Bloody Skillet.
The house is in a great location, is always clean and has everything I need.
Communication with the owner or the local maintenance person is always quick and easy.
Enjoyed our stay. Great location, clean property. Garage atv storage a huge plus along with plenty of parking. Nice flatscreen tvs. Will definitely come back. Thx!
Great size home for the 5 adults! Beds are ok but house was fully stocked for the weekend! Awesome that all tvs were smart tvs so we could all watch our favorite Netflix shows! I would definitely rent this house again!
Our purpose of renting this space was for the Penn State Blue and White game, excellent spacing within the rooms and outdoors, excellent place for groups, basically 2 living rooms, one of the recliners didnt work though and the grill was kind of messy when we arrived there. However, the couple were very accommodating and Im going to consider getting this location perhaps for the 2023 football season!!
Nice and convenient house located in a quiet, secluded area, surrounded by fields. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind and hike, about a 30-minute drive to PSU. There was no washing machine and dryer but it was not required for our short stay.

Nice home
Enjoyed the comfort and quiet of this home. Website said there was plenty of bottled water and coffee but there wasn't much bottled water. There was cat hair on the carpet and the kitchen floor.

perfect for all occasion's. You will not want to leave
From the start Melody is a wonderful and very honest person to work with. She helped us out when my husband was ill. A great spotless place just perfect for any occasion close to PSU without the traffic hassles. Melody has everything plus more nothing is missing, luv the house and luv the enormous garage makes it so easy if raining. Everything is there. A great place we go away every summer and this lovely home is first class everything you see is what you get. We would go back in a New York minute! Brian and Suzanne Doyle
We enjoyed a beautiful fall weekend with the family in the mountains at this very clean, updated, comfortable, and cozy place near Penn State.

What makes this property unique
Situated on 10 acres and backing up to a small forest, it's incredibly peaceful, with easy access to hunting, fishing, hiking and a Rail- to-Trails access point. Yet, it is close to State College allowing you to take advantage of everything Penn State and the university town has to offer. Bellefonte, PA, is also a nice victorian town to explore.
