About this property
Beautiful apartment in central Bath
Nestled amongst the history of Bath, with artisanal shops and cafés on its doorstep, rests this sophisticated and cosy flat. Its style denotes an earthy, warm elegance that celebrates nature and the lush views seen from both its front and rear windows. Conveniently located only a 10min walk to the centre, you are close enough to easily wander, shop the markets and take in the renowned sites, but can look forward to returning to your more tranquil space, away from the busyness of the city centre.
The living room of this third-floor walk-up (58 shallow steps to the flat) looks out upon the lush Victorian-era Hedgemead Park, as well as the Georgian, St Swithin’s Church, whose roots are suspected to date back to Roman times, and today remains the only 18th Century parish church in the city. The views from the bedroom window stretch East and further North to the hills of Bathampton. At dawn and dusk the scene is what you’d expect of a painting, and by night the hills are speckled with lights reminiscent of European coastal cities.

Slip into quality bed linen and smooth Egyptian cotton sheets. The pillows and duvets are made of hypo-allergenic materials to accommodate any sensitivities. On chilly days, you will appreciate the heated floor in the bathroom, fully equipped with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. A hairdryer, and iron and board can be found in the bedroom, where there are drawers and hanging space for all your belongings however long your stay.
If having to work remotely, the discrete den area gives you a space for this, with strong internet WiFi that works throughout the flat.
Curl up in the lounge to a television where you can access your Netflix account, play games, or read a book and magazine over a hot cuppa. Alternatively, if craving that delicious roast of coffee, your fully equipped kitchen has both a moka pot and cafetiere for your use, with cupboards stocked with coffee ground for each method of brewing. In this space you will have everything you need for a lovely visit to the historical and gorgeous city of Bath.
