Looking for peace and tranquility? Come visit and get to know quaint Saint James City, FL. Beautiful sunset views right from the deck. Small town feel, where island time starts the minute you cross into the main island. Love fishing? Bring your rod and your boat or fish right from the backyard dock. There is a boat lift available for use. Don't care for fishing, then enjoy one of several local restaurants, where music, great food and drinks are plentiful. Or perhaps, you just want to relax under the tiki with a good book and a view of the water. You may even catch manatees and Dolphins swimming around.
There is something to do for everyone. Looking for a day out? Book the ferry over to North Captiva Island where a beach day lies ahead, or a quick trip off the island to Cape Coral, and you will have your options of everything from mini-golfing, shopping and even a water park when in season. It's a home away from home.

My name is Lauren. We are from south Florida. I'm a hard working mom, with 4 beautiful children, and two grand babies. I also work a full-time corporate job, I love. Hosting for you, is a dream I have worked hard to make happen. Of course, I haven't done it alone. I have am amazing husband, who has also worked hard to make this dream a reality.

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood, after visiting friends, who are are just a few blocks over. It was love at first sight, and we quickly started our search for a home away from home. The sense of community in Saint James City, just resonates that small town feeling amongst the neighbors and locals. This was further proven just 45 days after we purchased, when category 5 hurricane Ian, devastated the South West Florida region. It was a tough loss, but the way the community rallied and came together, filled our hearts and carried us thru the next stage of rebuilding.

This property stands out from the rest with its beautifully decorated and homey interior, cozy enclosed lanai, relaxing outdoor Tiki hut, and double dock and views of the water.
