This Villa is a beach front walk up with a spectacular Ocean View from all rooms. It is very nicely furnished. The master bedroom has a King size bed, there is a small room with a futon and the living room has 2 futons. The bathroom has a built in sauna. The villa comes with 2 flat-screen TV's, free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.
Ideal for a couple alone or with 2 small children.

Just a moment's walk down the beach is the Wyndham Hotel and Casino where you can enjoy wine tastings, fine dining and gambling. Further down the beach is the Marina where several restaurants known as 'The French Connection' are located. The Palmanova Plaza also features dozens of dining options and specialty cuisine.

Palmas del Mar is a beach resort located approximately 45 minutes from San Juan in a town called Humacao in the southeast coast of Puerto Rico. It is the largest master-planned community in the Caribbean. Set in approximately 2,750 acres of land, the resort includes over 25 different neighborhoods; a bank; retail shops; a private school; a beautiful equestrian center with guided tours throughout various tracks including the beach; 16 restaurants throughout the resort; a casino; a full service marina; and security and strict-access control 24 hours a day. There is also a small grocery store inside the resort. It is a high end community where you will find not just miles of pristine beaches along the coastline of the resort but all sorts of amenities sufficient to not want to leave the resort at any time during your stay in Puerto Rico.

What a perfect location to get grounded and listen to the persistent sound of rolling of waves. Thank you for such a beautiful stay. Will be back ASAP! All of the essentials were provided and having laundry in the unit was perfect.

Very nice.
I was there for two weeks and it was great. I had an excellent view of one of the most beautiful scene in the world. The surfing was good and constant. I am looking forward to return next year. I recommend the place as very good and safe.

The sound of the ocean and the views were fantastic. Coffee in the morning was our favorite and a quiet beach steps away with the pool just across the street was perfect. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Relaxing beach getaway
My adult daughter and I enjoyed a very relaxing week in this beachfront unit with wonderful views of the ocean from the 2nd floor balcony, living room and bedroom. The proximity of the unit to the beach as well as the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels that were provided made it very easy and convenient to enjoy our time on the beach. We were usually the only people on the beach, which was great if you're looking for peace and privacy. It's worth noting that the ocean in front of the unit is quite rough during the winter months, so it was not relaxing to spend time in the ocean. For a relaxing, calm beach experience, we enjoyed visiting Seven Seas and Luquillo beaches, which were both very calm with beautiful, clear water (about 45 minutes from Palmas Del Mar). We also enjoyed the pool most days, which was never crowded and only a short walk away. In addition, the condo was very clean and had all of the supplies we needed to cook, plus spices, etc. The king sized bed and linens were very comfortable. The AC worked extremely well. We also appreciated having two TVs and a washer/dryer in the condo. The host, Nancy, was very responsive when we had questions and even delivered a fan to us during our stay. The only issue we had was the water temperature in the shower, which ranged from too hot at times to not hot enough. I believe this is because it is an on demand hot water tank, which takes some getting used to. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this unit.

Great place to recharge
This was a great location if you want to lay back and relax and recharge. You are right on the beach and see the sun rise every morning. The beach is very private, it was full of seaweed for the 1st few day but cleared up for us to enjoy the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. Management was accessible and responsive. We would stay again.

A great stay
The gated community is beautiful and the condo is in a GREAT location. It sits directly on the beach with a clean, spacious pool across the street. The condo was well kept and had all the necessities for starting our vacation. The owner, Nancy, was very easy to book with and she was quick and attentive to questions I had along the way. The gated community is beautiful with lots of yummy restaurants. I felt completely safe during our entire trip. The only “problems” were the lack of consistent water temperature in the shower and the inability to use the beach/ocean due to sargassum and riptides. We frequently drove to beaches within a 45-min radius of the condo (which were BEAUTIFUL).

Great beachfront location
We came here for a week-long vacation while family stay at another property. The condo was just enough room for us and our small child. Beautiful beachfront view from the deck, we spent all of our evenings watching the waves. Steps to the beach, close to the pool, quiet and well maintained. We rented a golf cart to navigate around Palmas Del Mar, would highly recommend for easier access to restaurants and the plaza. Property manager was helpful and responsive. The key combo on the door mad coming and going very easy, no key to lose track of.

Perfect location
The location of this property is right on the water! You can’t get any closer in Palmas Del Mar! The place was clean and had everything available you would want…water bottles in fridge, umbrella, beach chairs and umbrella, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap and dryer sheets, lanterns….the bed was extremely comfortable and even w the windows shut, you could hear the waves outside! Nancy was also very responsive and easy to reach! The area of Palmas Del Mar is very secure-I felt very comfortable running alone and found lots of routes to run (had a 10 mile run one day without looping). The restaurants back there are really good as well and there is a small market to get you started but Walmart is a quick 10 minute drive. I highly recommend this property! Can’t wait to go back!

UNBEATABLE VIEW! COMFORTABLE LIVING SPACE!
I have to start by saying, NOTHING can beat the beach view. The view alone makes this location worth it; however, there were plenty of other things that made our stay here great. Nancy is very responsive to any questions, concerns and needs. Hot water - it sounds like a no brainer, but I have stayed in places where the water will only get lukewarm and that is just not my thing. So I loved that I had the option to crank the heat all the way up while taking a shower. A/C - It's central a/c and it worked amazingly well. A/C is another thing you cannot take for granted in the Puerto Rico heat. It was cozy the entire time we were there and we had no problems. The blackout curtains were awesome, so don't be alarmed thinking that you will wake up at 6:30am with the sun shining bright in your face (unless you prefer that). I could continue to go on and on but I will stop there. I would absolutely stay here again without fail or question. Thanks, Nancy, for your awesome accommodations! Espinosa

Beautiful view
From start to finish we had an easy transition What made it even better was waking up every morning and opening the curtains and seeing the ocean view from the comfort of the bed. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much, a min walk to the pool and the Beach was a hop skip and a jump. Overall we enjoyed our time at the villa will definitely stay there again.

Beachfront condo in gated community
We recently spent five nights in this rental and we would stay here again. The location was superb and just as described- steps from the beach. We never turned the a/c on as the constant wind off the ocean kept us extremely comfortable day and night. The extras are much appreciated like the camp chairs, beach umbrella, laundry detergent and case of water. The beach was almost uninhabited and quite clean, there was a decent amount of seaweed (sargassum) but there was absolutely no odor. There was reading material in the condo that explained the importance of this sea grass remaining on the beach for erosion prevention and protection of sea turtle nests. There was a roped off turtle egg nest right in front of the condo! The community pool was across the street, clean and comfortable but the attendant was not particularly welcoming. The palmas complex is VAST! The plaza has several excellent restaurants. Walmart was a short drive away - we highly recommend the food truck plaza just down the street for some tasty local food! We were disappointed that the three windows in the living room cannot be opened likely from sea spray corrosion. Not that we needed it, but we also could not get the steam function in the shower to work. Please be aware that the second “bedroom” is nothing of the sort, it is a utility/laundry room with a futon. There are two futons in the living room, so you could sleep 4 if needed. The condo has on-demand hot water heater that takes some getting used to as the water keeps getting hotter the longer you use it.

Ocean for a front yard
We stayed over Christmas 2021. The description of the property is absolutely accurate. Paradise on earth! You have ocean for a front yard! While you have morning coffee on the balcony you can take a ball and throw it in the ocean that is how close you are! We stayed with our 2 teenagers and had plenty of space. Property has two smart TVs so ideal for family movie time at nights. Kitchen is stocked with spices so easy to make own meals if you desire. Washer and dryer is super helpful. The property is within a gated community that was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Super safe! We rented a golf cart to drive around within the place, so much fun. The community has several restaurants and bars that you can get a nice dinner from.
