The Bedroom enjoys a lovely view of the Gulf and its own private TV. The fabulous, newly remodeled Full Bath with a pull down shower head and hair dryer is right next door. The Living Room features a 50" HDTV Roku Smart TV and comfortable seating - two oversized chairs that convert to two single sleepers. There's a fantastic, designer Kitchen, full equipped, with all new appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher! There's a toaster, ninja blender, crockpot, Cuisinart coffee maker with pot and pod style. The Dining bar on the marble topped Kitchen island has seating for two. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied. Owner has also provided pickleball paddles and balls, beach cooler, beach chairs and umbrella!

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities in the lobby, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Within walking distance from Estero Beach And Tennis Club is a CVS, a 7 Eleven/gas station and Santini Marina Plaza, partially opened with a Surf Style clothing shop, a Liquor Store, The Islander Gift Shop, the Book Nook, and an ice cream shop. Scheduled to fully re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away. Flippers restaurant on Lover's Key is a mile or so up the road.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again.
