JoJo's Cabin Deadwood 1 Level 4 Bedroom all king beds

❤️CENTRAL Location to Everything & just south of Deadwood. ONE LEVEL no stairs Handicap Accessible Master Bedroom and private bathroom.
4 private bedrooms with all KING beds...1800 square feet plus another 1000 square feet of attached fun in the shop. Shuffleboard, foosball table, RIGHT off of 385 in the heart of the Northern Black Hills just south of Deadwood.
Private location with no noise restrictions like you might find in most locations. 2800 SF to spread out in. 2.5 Bathrooms, covered and uncovered decks. Seating for 10, a fully stocked kitchen and pantry has everything plus some. You will not be missing a thing. We have 5 daughters and 9 grandkids; you can only imagine what a fully stocked vacation rental should look like, and this is it. It will not disappoint. 2 full size couches and lazy boy chairs in the living room. Great grill on the covered deck and seating for everyone.

If you and your group are still up and enjoying your vacation, family, friends or just the stars on the covered deck no one is going to care.

We are located off of 385. We own over 50 acres so there is room for all your trucks, trailers or automobiles. UTV, ATV 5-star location.

Just Short drive to Mount Rushmore, Deadwood, Lead, Sturgis, Spearfish Canyon, Hill City, Nemo, Rochford, Roubaix Lake, Pactola Lake and Sheridan Lake.

This is a brand-new ONE level home with handicap access. NO STAIRS. Outside boasts a covered deck and man cave in the garage that expands the space with great views into the forest service. A vintage foosball table, shuffleboard, viewing scope and telescope, with garage bar and additional fridge. There is covered and uncovered decks with plenty of seating. A gas fireplace for those chilly nights to hang out around and enjoy one another. The grill is a flat top so you can grill for the largest of groups.

We have another home across the street that has an additional 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and shop. If you need additional space for a large group, we may be able to accommodate large groups, pending previous reservations. We are a Premier Host and have been for years.

Everything You Need For a Black Hills Getaway

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is easily one of our favorites. The owners have thought of everything - it is so unbelievably well stocked. The game room in the garage is a wonderful place to hang out. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. It's only a few short minutes south of Deadwood and within short drives to Rapid City, Hill City and Keystone/Mount Rushmore. Communication with the owners was great. They are very thoughtful.

Great property

We stayed in this great home so we could visit the nearby attractions. The house is well-designed and well-stocked. As some of us are older adults we especially appreciated NO STAIRS! There were lots of games and a well-stocked kitchen. Communication was excellent both before and during our stay. Love having the washer and dryer as well. There is some highway noise, but not bad at all. Jeri suggested some restaurants and they were great! Thanks for working with us and being flexible with our relatively late change of dates.

Wasn’t what we thought it was going to be.

The house was brand new and very nice inside. Unfortunately my family had plans of open areas for the kids to run and play in the grass and just be adventurous. This property being brand new had new sod and hydro-seed with signs on it that said keep off the grass. Also there were signs in the house instructing us essentially to “clean up after ourselves” which should go without saying. There was a play area but it was closer to the owners home which was not pictured in the listing but sat a couple hundred yards away.from the rental house. The highway is also pretty close to the house. After arriving around 6pm we made the decision to find another place and stayed the one night of 4 and spent the other nights in another.

Perfect Getaway

Our family recently stayed at this beautiful home and couldn't have been more pleased! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The views of hwy 385 from the front porch were perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and watching traffic or grilling out after a long day of riding. Jeri Jo and Kurt were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They provided helpful local recommendations and were always available for any questions. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Father/Son 40th Annual Motorcycle Trip

My husband and 83 yr old father-in-law needed an easy accessible place with room for the trailer and bikes and this was perfect! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had anything you would need, and everything was just so nice! Jeri Jo was very easy to work with and a fantastic host! Highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful property and wonderful host

From the first moment I reached out to Jeri Jo, she was so informative and absolutely nice!! The home is stunning and fully stocked with the basics. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the kitchen wonderful!! The outdoor space was beautiful and the only con would be that I would have liked to have been off of the busy highway more. The host is beyond nice and it was a pleasure to meet her in person! I loved her app for the house as well.

Amazing home in the hills!

We loved our stay with Jeri. Even got to meet her! House was completely stocked, and that was a first for us. It is closer to the deadwood/lead area. So plan on traveling a ways for tourist areas such as keystone/hill city. We didn’t mind though. It was a beautiful area in the black hills national forest. Hopefully will be able to stay there again. Recommend buying the insurance as we needed it for a broken toilet seat.

Absolutely amazing

Could not have even dreamed of a better place to stay. Jeri and Kurt were beyond gracious and accommodating- more like family than hosts. I have never stayed in a place where so much attention was paid to making you feel at home. My only disappointment was that we weren’t able to stay longer. That being said- we will most definitely be back!

While visiting the Sturgis/Deadwood/Lead/Mt. Rushmore areas, this centrally located home is a great base. It is beautifully appointed and well stocked for your stay. The VRBO host(s) are awesome and accommodating. We will be back!

Accessible Family Vacation

The cabin was a great fit for our family of 6. One of our children uses a power wheelchair and finding a cabin large enough for our family with wheelchair accessibility is tricky. The set up here worked great for access to bed, bath, kitchen, main living space, garage, and porch. The shower was large enough for use of a rolling shower chair (up over a small lip) and space for a caregiver. The bedroom had plenty of room for transfers in and out of bed. We have a full size van with a lift and they was plenty of parking space. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could possibly need! We ventured out to Deadwood, Mt. Rushmore , Custer State Park, Rapid City, and nearby Lake Roubaix for fishing. Lots to see and do in the Black Hills! Jeri Jo and Kurt were great hosts! Very helpful with ideas for things to do and communication was easy! The online link to JoJo’s Cabin App was very helpful as well! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house was everthing we hoped for and more. Great location, lots of room for parking. House was clean and great layout. Garage was amazing. Very close to uyv trails and Deadwood/ Lead. We loved it and will be returning.

Beautiful home in Deadwood!

We were the first to be able to rent this brand new home and it was perfect! Comfy beds, pillows, furniture, and everything to make it feel just like home! Loved the decor and sitting out front on the patio! We would definitely go back and stay again. Jeri Jo and Kurt were perfect hosts and we felt like we had known them long before this last week. Why they chose this property

Central to everything in the northern Black Hills. We are just south of Deadwood and sit RIGHT of Hwy 385. Great location for ATVing, motorcycling in the hills, or a great landing point while hitting all the special places the Black Hills has to offer. The home sits close to the trails with easy access to Pactola Lake, Roubaix Lake, Nemo, Deadwood, Lead, Rochford, Sturgis, Mount Rushmore, Hill City, Custer State Park along with Spearfish Canyon. We have 2 golf courses within a short drive, Lead County Club and Tomahawk Golf Course.
