This 3.5 bedroom, three bathroom home will fit the whole family with lots of space to spread out or come together. Featuring the unique bunny room in an offset room of the primary room, a kiddo can be close by yet tucked away in their own little special sleeping area. A sizeable primary bedroom upstairs with an ensuite bath, two bedrooms downstairs, and lots of details to check out - you can be comfortable and delighted throughout your stay.

The details and fun begin the moment you walk in the front door - the pictures simply cannot fully capture the fun and nuances in this space. Moving to the living room, there is comfortable seating for all, a large screen TV that is streaming capable, and dining seating with large windows. Don't forget to look up for the highlight of this space! Wind your way through the secret door to find the kitchen with all new appliances and a drip coffee maker for your use. Commune with nature in the sunroom and enjoy the warmth of the day, regardless of how cold it may be outside.

The Enchanted Cottage is ideally situated to enjoy all of Payson's highlights. The Tonto National Forest, the Tonto Natural Bridge State Park, lots of hiking trails, farmer's markets, parks, and natural waterways are nearby. While the home is located in a convenient location for sightseeing, you will feel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world while exploring the Enchanted Cottage. Electric fireplaces, plenty of parking, a dedicated backyard, and all of your basic creature comforts make this home one of a kind and an experience you cannot miss.

What can you expect?
* All bathrooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will also find hair dryers, fresh towels, and laundry access.
* A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, and trash bags (3) are provided.
* Every bed will have a fresh set of linens and a comforter or quilt. One set of towels per person is provided.
* No parking is allowed on the street. Three vehicles can fit in the circle driveway in front of the home.
* Local customer service is available 8 am-10 pm.

Shortened Stay

What was supposed to be a four night stay in February turned into only one night due to no fault of our own or the property manager's. While the home is charming and decorated nicely, there are quite a few things that seem unfinished (missing outlet plates on the walls, burned out light bulbs, etc.). The location is also not ideal. It is very close to a busy road and the outdoor space isn't very inviting. I will say that when issues arose the property manager was very quick to respond and refunded our full payment (as did VRBO their portion) when we were forced to vacate after only one night. Since we didn't complete our stay I hesitated to even write a review, but I wanted to give some feedback on the house itself (it is very cute and a nice size) and the property manager (who was great).

Truly an Enchanted Cottage

Very Very Cute Cottage with lots of space and an amazing decor. Stonework just beautiful. Comfy beds. Everything was nice and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Thanks so much for a great place to stay !!

Very unique

We actually chose this house because of the uniqueness. Very nice very cozy. We were in Payson for a wedding in the forest and this house pretty much fit the bill totally. Don’t be surprised if you see a little gnome door it was a fun House and we very much enjoyed our stay. Other than exploring, we didn’t really go upstairs. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was roomy only thing I think I would suggest is to maybe add a little bit of bakeware. Other than that, it was a great stay and a nice house and we thank you for letting us Rent your home

Title says it all!!

The Property: Whimsical Cottage describes this property perfectly. The amount of creative detail that went into the design of this place is amazing. It is the most eclectic place I've ever stayed. My entire group LOVED the vibe and uniqueness. Beds and couch were very comfy. Highly recommend. Will definitely book again. Property Management Company: Hands down this management company is AWESOME!!!! There were a few things that came up and they were on top of it 100%. Very communicative with a super fast response time. Very impressed..

Magical Weekend!

This cottage was so stinkin' cute!! The decor is so whimsical and fun! My daughters LOVED all the hidden gems around the house; like the secret playroom and nook under the stairs. We roasted s'mores outside at the fire pit and the neighbors were so nice to provide roasting sticks for us! It felt so magical to stay here! Short drive to Tonto Natural Bridge and Verde River. We will definitely be back!
