Please remove shoes when entering the home and leave all ski equipment in the entry space provided.
The yard is not fenced in and there is no fence between the house and the river.
Grill is provided between May and November and propane is provided.
Firewood is provided for use in the fire pit and fireplaces.
Fire pit is not available from December 1st to April 15th.

The full bed on the landing above the kitchen space and is not completely private.

The downstairs room has a queen bed, there is a full bed on the landing above the kitchen (perfect for the kids) and an additional full bed in another room upstairs. There is also a full pull out sofa in the living room and two twin beds in the landing area upstairs behind the curtain if you prefer to use those. This house sleeps a maximum of 8 people at any time, including children.

We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs.
Parking for up to 3 cars only.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
Please take shoes off at the door - the sand (in the summer) and salt (in the winter) is very bad for the pine flooring.
When using ski equipment please leave any equipment in the front porch and entry areas.
Absolutely no smoking inside the property.
We love fur babies but expect you to clean up after them and report any damage before departure (if any).
Please be respectful of our neighbors - especially between 10pm and 8am - we have a great relationship with them and would like to keep it that way.
