Very nice place. Great size, location was very convenient to the bus stop, well stocked. One thing to note if you’re not familiar with the bus system…the bus takes you to Vail transportation center, which is at Vail Village, but if you’re going to Lionshead, you’ll have to switch buses there. The bus that picks you up from near the condo won’t take you directly there.
We loved to comfortable condo that had room for all 3 teens to have a bed. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice and the location near 2 stops was amazing! Located in between Vail transport and grocery stores. The chin-up bar was a bonus!
I loved the time I spent at Nancy's place. The location was perfect and her home has everything you can imagine wanting or needing. Nancy was timely and kind in all responses. Can't wait to stay here again!
We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s condo. It was a very comfortable and warm place to return to after a day of skiing. Transportation to Lionshead and Vail villages was very easy - it’s on two bus routes. We also walked home a few times just to take in the beautiful surroundings and stretch our muscles after skiing all day.
The lodging was great! The living room furniture and beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and towels plentiful. The location was convenient to downtown, and right off the interstate. Free city bus transportation a block away.
Downside to unit - only one parking space per unit and additional parking a little bit of a walk. Also several stairs down from parking area when carrying luggage and supplies for stay.
The condo, amenities and overall quality of accommodations met all of our expectations. Communications from the host were timely and informative. We hope to stay again in the future.

Good location, needs updates
The property has some good amenities as listed (stocked kitchen), and a decent location (on bus route and central Vail) but is worn and needs updating, especially the master bed which was too "springy". We'll try another property on our next visit.
Comfortable beds, clean condo, an easy 20 minute walk to downtown Vail. Nancy was easy to communicate with. Condo was furnished with all we needed in kitchen. Only suggestion would be to have little shampoos and little conditioner...would be nice. We would definitely recommend staying here for all!

Affordable in Vail
Nancy's condo was a pleasant surprise. We booked it at the last minute to catch a show at the Ford amphitheatre. It turned out to be a clean, well stocked, roomy two bedroom that made for a pleasant stay.
The unit is set back from highway 70 minimizing road noise. It is close to the North trail for those who enjoy hiking or mountain biking. The markets of West Vail are also nearby. Nancy was a good communicator which helped facilitate our stay on short notice. We would stay there again when returning to Vail.

Great location
Great spot. Easy access to the town center (free parking in the summer), grocery, and main roads for activities (white water rafting, piney ridge lake). Condo was comfortable for a family of 4. Well appointed.

So Comfortable!
The outside of the building is showing some need of repairs, but the condo itself was very user friendly! Clean, cool temperature in the afternoons, well shocked kitchen, plenty of linen, quiet location and quiet neighbors, it was so pleasant that we can't think of anything negative. The condo also has a reserved parking place which is another big plus! Hope to return again!

Nancy was great. Location and price was perfect for my month long stay.
Great location with super easy access to the bus to get to Vail Village with out witting about having to pay the daily parking fee of 50.00. Very nice place to stay. Great hostess.

Great place at great price
We rented the condo to stay with our daughter as she recovered from knee surgery, spending more than 5 weeks. We had a great stay, and are grateful to Nancy for letting us rent her unit. Although the condo is in an older building, the unit has been nicely updated, including the kitchen and bathroom. There was plenty of space, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the arrangement with one bedroom with a king bed, and the other bedroom with a twin (with trundle) and a queen bed provides plenty of sleeping spaces.
There is a bus stop just a few steps from the building, and the free bus takes you to the downtown bus station, where you can take the "in-town" bus to travel on. Bus availability varied since we were in Vail during the off-season but it is definitely possible to get to town (and to the hospital) without a car. Also, it's about a 15 - 20 min walk to Lionshead.
The owner Nancy was quick to respond to our many questions, and was helpful in every way.
We would definitely recommend this condo, including to those who, like us, need a place to stay after a Steadman Clinic surgery. Just be sure you have assistance to handle some stairs.

Exactly what we needed
Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped... Close to everything. Parking was not an issue. Parking spots off street in front of building. Within a minute walk of bus route. Very fair pricing and fees. Highly recommended.

Summer in Vail
The condo that we stayed at was awesome. It was in a great location just across the highway from Vail Village. The condo was decorated very nice and was well stocked in the kitchen and with linens. Nancy was quick to communicate with us about her condo. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Nancy for sharing your condo with us.

Why they chose this property
Vail is the best in the west! Like no place on Earth
What makes this property unique
shortest off slope bus ride to mountain. Close to mountain. It is a 3/4 mile walk into Lionshead by exiting lower parking lot door and a six minute bus ride to Vail Village. Close to groceries. Hiking practically right outside the door.
