This is real oceanfront living. Situated on Seven Mile Beach, our condo (#16 Tamarind Bay) is the entire second floor of a two-floor building (1,712 sq. ft.) The view is unobstructed, so you will enjoy watching the surf break on the shore as you look out upon the ocean. Relax with the sight and sound of the waves.
The master bedroom, den, and living room have large sliding glass doors that open onto the wide screened-in deck, which has an expansive view. Relax in front of the large picture window and simply be present. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. There are views of the ocean throughout, including the master, guest, den, and the open kitchen/dining/living area. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed and twin sofa sleeper in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the den.
The condo includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels, Wi-Fi Internet, reserved parking, and a large lanai with expansive views. There is cable TV in both bedrooms and the den. The front door has an electronic code lock, so you will not need to keep track of keys or cards during your stay.
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so a car is convenient but optional. There is good taxi service, small public vans cost $2 one way, and Andy’s car rental agency is across the street. The Marriot, located just to the north, offers a full range of water sports/activities. Grand Cayman is known globally for its scuba diving and there are many dive operators on the island that offer training, equipment, and transportation.

NOTICE REGARDING CURRENT BEACH SITUATION AND DISCOUNT:
The southern end of Seven Mile Beach currently has severe beach erosion. At this time, nearly all our sand is gone in front of our condo and the water comes right up to our seawall. We do not know when mother nature will return our sand. Due to the uncertainty of our beach condition, we are contacting guests with an update 2 months prior to their arrival date. At that time, if the beach in front of our condo is unable to have beach loungers, we are offering guests the option to continue with their reservation with a 20% discount to the rental rate or to cancel their reservation with a full refund.
We do have a very inviting pool area with loungers, umbrellas, 2 shaded cabanas, and BBQ facilities. The nearest access to a sandy area for swimming is just a 2 minute walk away. We have lightweight folding sand chairs and beach towels for you to use.
