Minutes from East Hampton Village and world-class ocean beaches, this bright airy contemporary has something for everyone including tennis, basketball and a spectacular mahogany deck surrounding the expansive heated pool, 5 person Hot Tub with 4 Adirondack chairs and outdoor shower. The magnificent chef's kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and outdoor weber grill make cooking and dining easy and enjoyable inside or out. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 new bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are ensuite (with bathrooms). There is central air conditioning, a finished basement with Ping Pong, Bumper pool and TV - great on a rainy day and a bonus room with mats, weights, a bench and Peleton! The hot tub comes with blue tooth and colored lights and the outdoor lighting makes for beautiful tropical evenings.
There's a two car garage and ample parking. Set on over two with a gated entrance Courtside is your ticket to the Hamptons easy breezy lifestyle.

multi-generation stay

Our extended family of 9 had a wonderful week! James was a great host and gave us a warm welcome and tour upon arrival. The house was clean and well-stocked with a lovely layout and comfortable furnishings. We took advantage of all the amenities in the house - there was something for everyone (including 4 kids ranging 8 to 13, parents and grandmother). This is a terrific home for a big family to gather with beaches and local towns a short drive away.

Fun and relaxing stay

My family really enjoyed staying at this house. We loved that we were able to relax and play in the pool, play tennis or basketball, or go in the hot tub. My teenagers enjoyed playing ping pong and bumper pool in the basement. James was really nice and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this property!
