Gorgeous 4 bed/3 bath family home, green/quiet East London, 20 mins to downtown
Gorgeous, clean, and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home with large garden in safe, green neighbourhood. Surrounded by parks (Wanstead park and Wanstead flats), lovely high street, 20 minutes from central London. 10 minutes walk to great train connections via London underground (central line) and the new Elizabeth Line (Tottenham court road and Heathrow airport).
The house has lots of light, all cooking appliances (air fryer, mixer, nutribullet, microwave), dishwasher/washer/dryer, books, toys/games for kids, multiple areas for eating in and outside. The garden is spacious and is great for shooting basketball or football or just swinging in the hammock or relaxing on the beanbag. Garden eating area for 8 plus lounge area for 8.
The brand new garden house contains a full gym (Peloton Treadmill and Peloton bike) with weights, yoga matts, foam rollers as well as a bathroom, kitchenette and a large king size Cocoon sofa bed.
Main bathroom upstairs has very large bathtub for relaxing. Loft area has ensuite toilet and is very quiet.
