Air-conditioned apartment in great location near the beach shopping

Comfortable apartment with its privileged location in the center of Guarujá at Praia das Pitangueiras, we rent only for family and for a maximum of 6 people, near the beach and the mall. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 suites. and more complete maid's dependencies (bathroom and bedroom) all rooms with fitted wardrobes, with ceiling fan and air conditioning, well-ventilated dining room and living room with led tv and ceiling fan, renovated kitchen with basic appliances. A parking space with valet and beach services.

Bem centralizado

O apartamento tem duas suítes a principal é maior que os outros quartos o último quarto e bem pequeno e tem uma cama de casal o que diminuiu bem o tamanho, mas estamos falando de ficar 3 a 4 dias e só para dormir os colchões são de espuma portanto não é confortável se vc quer ter uma noite relaxante e estamos falando de apartamento perto da praia portanto e um lugar úmido e por ter guarda-roupa em todos os quarto tem um cheiro específico se tiver problema com asma pegue um colchão e durma na sala, não esqueça de levar seu travesseiro. O Apartamento fica próximo da praia de supermercado dos shoppings padaria do que vc precisar foi bom a estadia o pessoal são bem atencioso inclusive o Dono

Edificio ótimo, porteiros educados e prestativos. Serviço de praia Sentimos falta somente do Wi-Fi no apartamento, mas conseguimos resolver com a portaria. Meu filho tinha aula no sábado. Recomendo esse apartamento a todos.

Expectativas realizadas

Infelizmente, nossa estadia foi interrompida por forças maiores. Mas o pouco que ficamos foi tudo muito bom, desde a recepção, serviço de praia e a toda expectativa realizado sobre o apartamento. Vamos voltar.

Hospedagem superou as nossas expectativas e só tenho elogios para fazer. A localização é ótima e o atendimento é impecável. O Sr. Toshiharu e os porteiros estão de prontidão o tempo todo para atender as necessidades, dar dicas e solucionar problemas com a maior educação e disposição. 
Os quartos são bons e todos com ar condicionados. Cozinha completa. Super indico!!

Foi uma semana legal, curtimos bastante, a localização é excelente, o apartamento é bom, bem arejado, só o 3º quarto é um pouco ruim, por ter armários com guarda de materiais de limpeza, colchão ruim e banheiro muito apertado, não é indicado para quem precisa de 3 quartos.
