Once the model unit for the Gateway Grand, the condo has plenty of comfy living space, high-end kitchen appliances, an air fryer, a Keurig, washer/dryer, and a beverage fridge. Most unique is the condo's private, 500 square foot veranda which fuels outdoor fun! Inside are 3 smart TVs (one with Hulu Live TV, a cable alternative), board games and checkers, plus a dedicated work space. The property has two pools (one indoor) and a gym. On-site parking is available in the attached garage.
