Good, but a tad high on price...

Location was great, amenities were good, great fishing and lake access. Fees were SUPER high given the cleanliness of the property upon check-in and the expectation for how we were to leave the property upon checkout. Fire pit had bricks and partially burned wood in it with chairs that were not clean, outdoor grill needed some serious cleaning prior to use. There were tons of outdoor toys (golf cart, kayaks, etc) on the property but they were not available for use. We had a good stay and enjoyed our time, but not worth the $$$. Will look for a different property for our next trip.
