bedroom w/two-twin beds, 1-bedroom w/two-
BUNKBEDS.
* Two bathrooms: One FULL bathroom. One 3/4
bathroom (shower, toliet & sink).
* Covered Porch w/Patio furniture & dining set.
* Outside Patio w/Adirondacks chairs.
* Stackable FULL size washer & dryer.
* Outside rinse station and clothes line.
* BBQ Grill.
* Central air, WI-FI, internet & cable.
* PILLOWS & COMFORTERS PROVIDED. Linens not provided.
The cottage is located on a quiet middle block -corner lot. One block walk to the private beach w/lifeguards and half a block to the private bay w/lifeguards and bay club. The NEW Clubhouse OPENS this summer 2025 and will offer fun summertime activities for members & renters of all ages. Adjacent to the Clubhouse, there's a playground, basketball court, crabbing, fishing and seining area and an area to launch your Kayak.
Cottage available on a weekly basis, Saturday-Saturday.

My family has had a home on this property for close to 60 years. I am the third oldest of seven children and spent every summer on the Jersey shore in OBIII until I went to college. My children, nieces and nephews also spent their summers in OBIII for years

What makes this property unique
Our corner property provides ample parking (6) and sleeps 10 comfortably. Beautiful sunsets are visible from the large covered deck. Quick walk to the private beach w/lifeguards, and faster walk to bay. Great, safe and convenient place for jogging! About 1.5 miles south there's a great area for roller bladding. Cycling is a great way to explore the island. Tennis, pickleball, or pick-up basketball a ten minute walk to Chadwick next to wawa. The LOCATION of the bay is PERFECT!! a two minute walk to a private bay w/lifeguards, or have fun at the playground, or shoot hoops at the basketball court. There are areas for crabbing, fishing or seining and a place to launch a kayak! The NEW clubhouse OPENS this summer 2025 offering weekly arts& crafts, family fun activities, concession stand and bathrooms. If you prefer fishing for bigger fish, as my husband's an avid fisherman, its a five minute walk to the beach, first walk way. On the same block (up the street), there is a DQ, mexican restaurant and two beach variety stores. In close proximity to the bay club there is a marina and restaurant. Walking distance to Donuts Plus (a must) and Colonial bakery.
