I drove up to a camper in a dirt lot all by itself. With a group of construction men working nearby. I am a single mother with a 7 year old. When I drove up to this camper I could not believe this was where I was supposed to stay. I did not feel safe at all. I contacted the host immediately and explained why I did not feel safe. His only response was that it was his property and it was safe. I tried to explain again. That I am a single woman with a young child. And I did not feel safe staying out in the middle of nowhere alone. He refused to give me a refund. Wouldn’t even consider it because it was last minute. I explained that it would not have been last minute had anything in the listing suggested this was completely away from everything. With no one around to help if anything were to happen. He did not care. I had to book another stay last minute just so I could make sure we were safe. And had to pay more than double the amount again. I would not recommend this location or anything that this host has to offer. He had zero compassion or consideration for mine and my son’s safety. Bear or man, right! Well I didn’t want to put myself in a situation like that.
Very quite and peaceful. Ty answered email/text promptly. It is a little bit away from Seneca or Clemson but not a bad drive. Might see deer along the the roads. We seen deer every morning in the field at the end of the road. The only draw back for me was the mattress could have been thicker for my liking. My wife would have liked another step when entering, she is only 5ft. and the first step is kinda high. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Clean camper, didnt have kitchen dishes just pots and pans. Went into town picked up what I needed. Host came out to light pilot light.
Rain had neen in the area so awning wand patio not set up. I am confident it would have been if I had mentioned I wanted to grill. Very friendly host and cant wait to see what he does with the property as he expands. Peaceful and quiet wifi was good as well.
Had an amazing stay here. Ty was a responsive and diligent host. Property is as pictured with more to come. Very peaceful and an amazing view of the forest right outside your. Had a great experience and they even helped me put a cargo carrier on my car which I greatly appreciated!!
Thanks agan Ty!!!!
